Beach house vacation rentals in Watersound

Our family had an amazing time. The townhome was beautiful and spacious. My favorite part was the privacy and peaceful surroundings. I loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning and evening. The beach area was not crowded at all. We were able to set our chairs up right at the waters edge. The hosts left us snacks to get started, plenty of beach towels and chairs, cabinets were stocked with everything we would need and bathrooms had plenty soap, shampoo and conditioner. We really didn’t have to bring a thing other than our clothes. We had groceries delivered from Walmart, cooked in and ate out both. It truly felt like home. I want to especially add how quick the hosts were to respond and how good they were to check on us. We had trouble with the TV in the living room when we first arrived. Turns out the remotes just needed batteries. Even after telling the host we would just get some when we were out, they made sure to drop off batteries the next morning.

We stayed at the Aqua Live Under the Sea home and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect just a short walk to a quiet, private beach with soft white sand and stunning views. The home was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and walk-in showers to keep things convenient. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. This was a great spot for a peaceful family vacation.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. The property was perfect for our family's getaway . The house is a spacious 4 bedroom and allowed plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living and dining area were large and allowed for comfortable times together without being crowded. We had 3 children 9-13 and several sets of older grandparents. The one story was fabulous in being able to accommodate any and all mobilities of our family. The outdoor pool area was fabulous! Our children spent hours in the pool and the large covered area allowed for comfortable places to sit and watch the kids play. One of the best features is the location to the beach. You just have to walk out the front door, and cross the street and you are at a public beach entrance. You can be in the water within 3 minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect to get rid of sand. We loved that it was also on the quieter west end of PCB so not alot of noise and traffic. Overall it was our favorite beach vacation house. Already looking to book again.

We loved our stay at Bryan’s place! It was very close to the beach, about a 2 minute walk, and plenty of space for our group. The living space and kitchen were nice and open and we loved the private pool. We had an issue with the WiFi during our stay and Bryan was quick to come by in person and troubleshoot the issue. Thanks for having us!

The home was well maintained and perfectly located. You are close to everything in rosemary beach. The host gives you access to bikes which is a big plus.

Beautiful home, GREAT location with private beach just across the street. House had everything we needed to make dinners and an awesome golf cart to drive around in too! Bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our group. Host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely week here. Plenty to do in the area with the pool, beach towns, beaches, restaurants, and the Big Chill was a hit with the kids - live music and movies in the evening. Really enjoyed Deere Lake State Park and Grayton Beach State Park. Visited several other public beach access points - as long as you get there early or go late afternoon parking isn’t really an issue. The bikes were a fun addition for exploring down the Timpoochee Trail. Tiffany and Erik were great hosts and very responsive, only had one small issue with a bike and they quickly took care of it. Beautiful home, description was accurate and plenty of space for our family.

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea! Donna was incredibly communicative, helpful, and responsive. Her home is stunning, it’s in a great location, and it was in a quiet area. We arrived from the airport, parked our car, and didn’t drive again until it was time to head back to the airport at the end of our stay. The beach was about an 8-10 minute walk with kiddos and everything else was less than that. There’s a pool right across the street! She had everything we needed for our littles: crib, high chair, plates, utensils, etc. Highly highly recommend staying here!!

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family. The only recommendation we have is that the mattress on the queen bed closest to the hallway bathroom needs a replacement. It is uncomfortable for two adults as there is a huge sink hole in the middle of the mattress. Thank you for the memories. We hope to come back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason's home in Watersound! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just steps from all the fun at The Big Chill. Being able to walk over for live music, great food, shops and a lively atmosphere was a huge bonus. The easy golf cart rental was a game-changer and made it effortless and honestly so much fun to get to the beach and around the community. This was our first time staying in Watersound, though we’ve visited other areas along 30A like Santa Rosa Beach—and we can confidently say Watersound is now our favorite. The home’s layout worked perfectly for our group, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home and would absolutely return!

This home was absolutely perfect for a girl’s weekend! Gretchen accommodated an early check-in, and the place was stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation - plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and wagons. We loved gathering inside around the giant kitchen island or outside at the pool! We also appreciated the detailed house guide and local recommendations.

Out of all the places I have stayed this is my absolute favorite!!! The host were absolutely amazing and soo attentive and welcoming. We got into town a little early and they accommodated our needs and really made this a special trip for us. The house is gorgeous and had everything that we needed for a great stay. I’m 100% coming back and recommending this place as much as I can. Thank you for being the best host.

This is a very nice home for families and groups. The beach, fitness center and tennis courts were just a short walk away and the home is close -but not too close- to town. We used the pool everyday and found the kitchen well equipped. Excellent home for your next family vacation.

Beautiful home! Just like the photos! Check in was very easy and location is spectacular. Your minutes away from the beach on the gulf cart which is a great amenity! This is a true gem! Tucked away from the busy Rosemary and Ally’s beach but just a quick drive to the beautiful areas of 30A! John, Lauren, Mark and Julie were always there the entire stay and helped us with any little hiccups we had! Place was very very clean besides some minor things. There was construction right behind the house. Which was a little busier this week but wasn’t that bad. our stay was spectacular! All beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home!

Our experience staying here was easy to manage and provided everything we were expecting. The home was clean, welcoming and had all the items we could need. Such a great area, we’d love to come back!

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

Looked exactly like the pics. Well decorated and very clean. Appreciated the list of recommendations for bike rentals, restaurants, etc. An easy bike ride up to Rosemary Beach! Nic was friendly and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The community where it’s located is very lovely, you can walk or bike everywhere. The tram station, which takes you to the beach, is on the corner. You could also walk to the beach, which takes about 15 minutes. The pool is very nice, large, and suitable for all ages. It's very close to the house, just a 5-minute walk. The location of the community is unbeatable, right between Rosemary and Alys. The closest public beach is Inlet Beach. The bikes shown in the photos are not for use with this house, but we rented some in the main square. They provide 3 beach chairs and a cooler but nothing else for the beach (in a beach destination). We had to buy beach towels, an umbrella, etc. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for the stay. Confortable queen bed and a pack and play and a high chair are available. Communication was fast and effective. We would return and would recommend it to another small family or couple.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jeb provided great instructions and made us feel welcome. Joshua was very responsive when we had an internet issue and it was solved right away. Highly recommend this property!

Valerie’s place is fabulous. The house is very clean, organized, and it comes with bike and beach chairs and umbrellas that the guests can use. I appreciate the fact that the beach towels are provided. The game room is awesome. My son loved it. We played monopoly everyday. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Valerie provided us with guidebook and it helps a lot. She communicates clearly and reply right away. Our whole family enjoyed our stay here and we cannot wait to come back here soon. Awesome place!

Traci was an amazing host. She was very responsive throughout. The place is modern and pristine. The master feels very roomy with high ceilings, and is separated from the upstairs rooms (offering privacy). We loved the location right off the beach and close to town centers for Seacrest and Rosemary. We also used bikes to venture out, which gave us even more restaurant options. We had a great time and wished we had stayed longer. We will return! Thanks, Traci!
