Wow, this place is amazing. It felt like staying at a family members house. Well stocked with everything, from linen's to kitchen appliances, to hair dryer, it has everything you could ever need. It was a short, beautiful walk down to the Cross Haven village that had amazing pubs and restaurants. Special thanks to the neighbors that helped the uber find us when my phone stopped working (my fault for not getting internationally calling! ) Truly a wonderful and peaceful home for a perfect seaside vacation.

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!

Wonderful location. Very comfortable home and beautiful view and nice place for walks and convenient for village and motorway. Well worth the drive for peace and quiet and great value for $$

Wonderful place to stay. The home looks just like the photos, very clean and has a modern-style with an incredible view of Duncannon Harbour. Very peaceful place to be. The beach was walking distance with lovely cafe's and restaurants in the village. There is also a great kid's playground in the area. We are definitely looking forward to a future visit!

We stayed at Clodagh's beautiful house for two nights with four children and our dog, and it was absolutely perfect. The kids adored the private beach, and the house itself is full of cosy nooks — perfect for games of hide and seek and for relaxing in the evenings. The views are simply stunning, and the house is just so lovely and welcoming. Everything was immaculate, and Sean was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I honestly can't recommend this house highly enough — we had a wonderful time and would love to return!

We were staying in this house 4th times and every time we are happy to come back. In the apartment everything as on the photos, always cleaned, beautiful view to the mountains, the owner doesn’t disturb you. You could relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks, Carolina

Breda and Joe’s farmhouse apartment was good value and just what we were looking for after a few days in busy Dublin - a peaceful stay in the countryside. They provided everything we needed in a very cosy, well-appointed cottage setting. The homemade bread and scones were a treat. It was an “escape to the countryside” but only 30 minutes drive from Kilkenny. Would definitely stay again.

Marilyn was so welcoming to her cottage. She provided very clear directions that made the destination easy to navigate. Myself and my boyfriend were staying for a Macra event, Mr. Personality, which was held in The Hub. She ever so kindly dropped us in. If we travel up for that event again, we will definitely book this lovely place. I also made a mistake with my booking 🙈 thankfully she was understanding and allowed us to stay an extra night. Our family of four was very happy with our stay at Geoff and Therese’s apartment. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and though the kitchenette and bathroom were small, they had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard area was also appreciated- we ate several meals outside at the picnic table. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtfully had food items waiting for us when we arrived. Overall a great stay and location! Thank you

Seliina was the perfect host. I was there for a quick overnight and her place fit the bill. She was super generous with supplies in the kitchen and bathroom.

This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed in so far! Paul and Fiona are kind, generous, and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked for breakfast and had beautiful fresh tulips. Paul ran through how everything works and kindly offered space to store my bicycle at night. I would definitely rent again if I’m lucky enough to visit this area again.

Great spot about 10 minutes outside of cobh! The space is small, but very well organized to feel more spacious than it is. Well supplied kitchen, but the oven did take a bit to cook items (could have been user error). The hosts were so friendly and had travel infant items available. Would stay again!

Unusual location in semi wooded raised slightly away and above the owners home, can't see from the airbnb. Outside seating to two sides, plenty of space inside, well appointed and warm, we didn't need the wood burner. Very relaxing stay. Met both hosts and their lovely dog, very welcoming and helpful. Great allocated parking space, would highly recommend this home from home.

We had a nice stay in Marianne's house I cannot fault the accommodation. It was a lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The house is well equiped and wouldnt want for anything for your stay. Marianne was lovely to deal with and responsive. We were very unfortunate that a corporate group booked out the entire hotel and facilities so we could not get any food or drink on site during a large portion of our stay. Marianne does to be fair warn about times where it could be members only but I didnt realise all areas could be booked for exclusive use. I went to use the swimming pool on the last evening with my son and we were really disappointed that it was €50 for a family day pass to go for a swim. I understand a fee but find it hard to justify a price that high. There are lovely walks and grounds to enjoy while staying there. My son enjoyed the playground and exploring the grounds.

Fantastic..loved our stay. ..stark difference from Dublin and Belfast. really enjoyed the peaceful and private space for some much needed downtime.

Had a fabulous stay at Ash Lodge! Maureen and John are fabulous hosts and made us feel right at home! The location is incredibly peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The place was beautifully furnished and wonderfully homely and comfortable - would highly recommend!

Where to start. Firstly, Elaine is definitely one of the nicest people we have met in our lives. She is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The cottage is charming. And offered us everything we needed for the weekend away and much more. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd time staying in recent months and this place is absolutely perfect if you are traveling towards Thurles. Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. John and Margaret are really lovely hosts and I will definitely be booking again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed here with our 1 year old baby. Alan was extremely accommodating and provided a travel cot & high chair. Really liked the chickens, goat and cat he has aswell as the slide for our daughter. The apartment was spotless and had fresh eggs, bread, milk and orange juice provided. Really enjoyed the stay here would highly recommend

Extremely friendly hosts. Lots of nice touches in a very clean and comfortable separate space. A very pleasant experience all round.
