Vacation rentals with breakfast in Waterford

Borris is a beautuful village, the air bnb was in a great place. A very big house with everything you needed. we was a little perplexed as to why two of the bedrooms were locked. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom house. My partner snores so would have liked an extra bed so i could get some sleep. The house is very dated, but comfortable enough. double bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen lovely and clean. Kevin and his wife were really nice people and were accommodating to our needs and let us stay an extra night, so we was very thankful. The house is big enough for a family to stay and I would recommend. There is a smell of dampness, but I have stayed in similar Air bnb in Ireland that smell the same. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with, we did find the Air fryer wasn't cleaned, probably after the last guests. dishwasher etc in kitchen ample places to sit and eat. I was overall very happy 😊

Always a pleasure to return to this countryside, quiet, peaceful, with the city and many nice restaurants. The accommodation is perfect, the hosts are very attentive, I recommend this great place. Close to major roads to Limerick, Shannon or Dublin.

A very comfortable and cosy cottage, beautifully decorated, part of a traditional family farm. Mags and family made us feel very welcomed. Thank for the lovely homemade bread. The property is some way down country lanes so not easy to find but persevere, its worth it for the peace and rural setting. Inistioge village is very attractive and offers local walks; it is a few minutes by car. There are also walks from the property. For supermarkets, local services and all sorts of places to eat New Ross is nearest. Lovely countryside, well worth exploring which we shall aim to do another time.

We had a brilliant stay & can't recommend Niamh enough as a host. We wanted a quiet weekend away in a rural location with nice walks and this did not disappoint . 400m to the beach and lovely walks along the coast out to Carne with our dog. Niamh went above & beyond as host - we were welcomed with delicious home baking and Niamh even offered to mind our dog ollie & drop us to and from the local bar/restaurant. We will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Cathal’s place in Bunmahon! From the start, Cathal was a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and making sure we felt right at home. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Cathal, for your warm hospitality! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We only stayed one night but had a lovely family evening in front of a roaring log fire, a great sleep surrounded by total quiet and then a great breakfast looking out across the valley. The Christmas tree and decorations were up and we really liked how the home was both incredibly spacious but also very homely. Loved it all!

Great stay, very comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent location for walking into town. Clear communication and a lovely added touch of a folder with lots of information in it. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting Tipperary and we will be using Gloria again when we visit our friend in the future

Teresa was a very warm host and had lovely brown bread prepaired, was most welcoming and the accommodation was excellent. And well back hopefully soon.

We had a nice stay at Niamh's. It was a great location for visiting friends in Portumna and a quiet retreat after a long day. Very peaceful location for a good night's sleep. Everything was very clean and checking in was a breeze as Niamh met us when we arrived. The only thing I was missing was a throw or extra blanket on the couch to snuggle under while watching TV or reading a book but that certainly isn't a big deal.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with John & Margaret in their beautiful home. John greeted us upon arrival & made us feel at home instantly, ensuring heating was on & we had correct code for gate. Our en-suite room was very spacious & beautifully furnished. The fridge & food cabinet were stocked with an array of food & goodies. The bath & power shower were superb & the bathrobes were a lovely treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to going back again.

This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed in so far! Paul and Fiona are kind, generous, and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked for breakfast and had beautiful fresh tulips. Paul ran through how everything works and kindly offered space to store my bicycle at night. I would definitely rent again if I’m lucky enough to visit this area again.

Mi Pad is a really cozy space and perfect for exploring the Wicklow mountains and seaside. Sinead is very friendly, we were able to check in early and Sinead even left us lots of food for breakfast. I can definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely overnight stay at Ben’s place. Check-in was super easy, the studio was clean and cozy, and the setting was peaceful. Ben’s instructions were clear, and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasent stay at Johanna’s appartment! It’s very cozy and cute, it had everything we need in a prime spot! We found it very comfortable and convenient, even had a couple of toys for our son to play! The appartment is everywhere walkable and close to all the conveniences. Johanna and her husband are great as well and very comunicative! We will deffinetley be back!

Helen was absolutely lovely and helpful. She picked up and dropped us off from/to the train/bus. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. Her recommendations for restaurants were awesome, as well as things to see in town. She even gave us some recommendations for things to do/see at our next stop. The location was also great - very nice walk into town, especially if you take the path in the castle grounds. We would definitely stay here again!

the value was great for what we got, Susan was absolutely amazing. she was so accommodating and helpful. the place had its own entrance which was great and it even had top sheets which for us Americans not use to no a/c was great.

...what a little patch of heaven amidst the wonders of Wicklow. Super short notice Booking for the August long weekend. The 45 minute drive down from Dublin and suddenly you’re in an oasis of peace and tranquility. You feel that you have been welcomed into this beautiful part of the world by Joanna and Simon and their 5 boys and the two dogs. Transition from the bustling city to the gorgeous surroundings of the Wicklow mountains and a mere stones throw from beautiful Brittas Bay Beach happened all within an hour. Simon & Hugo went above and beyond to help us set up our streaming of The Olympics and shared their local knowledge as they pointed us in the right direction for a lovely feed of fresh fish at McDaniel's down the road. A terrific little break! Thanks so much Guys!

We stayed with Bernie and Vincent for two nights. Thanks to her instructions, it was no trouble at all to find this beautiful house in the middle of the Irish countryside (hope I can call it that) Bernie was there when we arrived and she was very welcoming. I felt right at home. Both of them gave us helpful tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious (thank you, Bernie, for the recipe. Cannot wait to try them out myself) The room was spacious and the bathroom clean. I even got to borrow a hairdryer. Thank you, for making our stay in county Wicklow so enjoyable. I hope to return someday (soon).

This was a wonderful place to stay to kick off a south to north hike of the Wicklow Way. Kathleen and Bill were incredibly kind and generous hosts. They picked me up from a town 15 minutes away and drove me to the trailhead the next morning. And they provided a free breakfast and a homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. Lovely, cozy stay.

John & Marie were very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfy, beautiful quiet location. nothing too much trouble a home away from home, we would highly recommend.

Mairead is a very pleasant and elegant old lady, and the garden is beautiful. The weather was terrible when we arrived at the house, the power was out, and the power didn't come back until late at night, but the house was warm and we slept very comfortably. It's close to Kale and the breakfast is good. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the beautiful Ballymaconey house. Ann and her family were super friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home. The room was perfect and the breakfast very tasty! Would recommend this place to everybody! Ann even gave us a few very good music recommendations which we listened to in the car and very much liked :)
