Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Water Island

Me and a couple of friends stayed here from March 16-20. Karleen was very clear in her instructions for check in, with great recommendations for restaurants, and things to do in the USVI. She was very kind to us and let us know everything we needed. We didn’t have a car/jeep to get around so we used taxis or walked instead. The taxis can drop you off at the Airbnb, we recommend Best Taxi. The area surrounding it looked somewhat skeptical at first, but we encountered no problems walking around anywhere. The only thing we would not recommend is walking at night. An app we found useful for our stay was Cari, very similar to Uber, which will also take you around the island and may be cheaper than taxis. Thank you Karleen, for a wonderful stay, we enjoyed every moment of it!

Feara was a lovely host and made us feel really comfortable staying there. you will need a car to get to different places but that is the case on most of the island. the place was very clean and well stocked which was nice and very quiet. air conditioners also worked great kept the place and the bedroom is cool. I will definitely stay there again

Everything went excellent. The stay was amazing and very clean. Jamila gave us recommendations to do all around the island and even kid friendly things happening on the island during our stay. Beautiful home and great stay.

Brett's Northside Rental was perfect for our trip! Location was quiet with stunning views. We spent so much time at the beach but when we did choose to stay in, we had all we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked multiple meals - both breakfast and dinner. The supplied beach chairs, towels and three different cooler options made our day trips so easy. The views are stunning from every room but darker curtains in the bedroom did help when we wanted to sleep in a bit. I would recommend Brett's home to friends and family members and I hope I am lucky enough to come back to this beautiful island.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The bedding, pillows and kitchen equipment was very nice. The area was nice like about 10 minutes from Havensite Mall. It was a a very quiet area. Angelica and Tyler were amazing. We look forward to coming again.

We stayed at St Thomas in Jackie’s place for three nights. The view from the porch was more beautiful than the pictures. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and in the evening, sunset. Jackie was so kind in offering to pick us up at the boat terminal and also allowed us to check in early too. She sent a video with clear instructions in finding the place. Jackie responded to our every need. A basket of snacks, bottled water, sunscreen and bug spray were waiting on the counter…so nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is incredible. Very peaceful and private with a stunning view of the north shore. The unit itself was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend to solo travelers or couples!

Loved staying at Lime Tree! We stayed at 2 places in St. Thomas. This one, and one at Sapphire Beach. Lime Tree has a more secluded beach. It's small, but beautiful. If you're more into amazing view than getting in the ocean, this is great! There are some reefs around to snorkle (rent from the shop at the resort), but other than relaxing and eating, there's not much to do immediately around. The grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again for a lazy, relaxed retreat.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

This home was an absolute pleasure to stay. It feels like the perfect home away from home and definitely now my family’s & I go too whenever on island. The home was super clean, organized and offered a full guide of to things to do/eat & transportation. The hosts were very responsive and offered 24/7 service. Definitely a gem!

We had a great stay at Sabrina's place! Beautiful views and very comfortable space. Beautiful beaches, market, and restaurants a short drive away. Beds were very comfortable. Sabrina was very friendly, responsive and had great local recommendations!

This was such a wonderful place to stay on St. Thomas! It is secluded and private, has a beautiful and peaceful wrap-around porch, and suited all of our needs while staying on St. Thomas. The outdoor shower was just lovely, and I looked forward to it everyday being out and about exploring and hitting all the beaches. It is an excellent home base if you are looking to explore the island with a vehicle. Mark was communicative throughout, from booking to check-in and during our stay. He offered to pick us up from the airport when the wait for our rental car was excessive, to give you an idea of how helpful he is. Such a kind and genuine soul. He dug out the shop-vac so we could vacuum our rental before returning it. On our first day there, he took us to a parking spot down near the coast and then on a great jungle hike to get to an incredible secluded beach called Neltjeberg! Do not miss this for anything! You won't want to leave. Can't wait to come back for another visit. Book it now.

Joyce and her daughter Lisa were incredible hosts, responsive and caring, staying with us on whats ap as we navigated the narrow winding streets of the old part of Charlotte Amalie to get to them and proving excellent directions. Couldn't ask for more caring hosts. Be aware Charlotte Amelie is hilly. I was recovering from an injured ankle so I could not take advantage of walking down hill and tgen back up to the waterfront ( a little more than a mile away). I appreciated living in a real neighborhood, not a tourist location.

One of the best places to stay on the island because you can get to town or country relatively fast and have a phenomenal view as well. Definitely worth the price and definitely coming back!!

We stayed with our sons and families, 10 in total, with a 2 and 1 year old. Norman was very helpful in communicating what was available for the little ones and having crib and pack & play set up. We had two levels of house that could be rented separately but we had both connected by outside stairs. We had enough kitchen cookware and utensils to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. The balcony had comfortable furniture and looks out over Magen Bay, which is beautiful. The house was large with lots of room. Living area had comfortable couch for evening family time. The pool wasn’t heated so was a bit chilly but it was December and sun wasn’t hitting it due to its low position in the sky. The hot tub was nice since we could keep it a bit cooler and kids played in it. Location is not walkable but everything was within a quick drive. The house is older but they have updated it and we had no issues. Appliances are newer. Driveway is steep but manageable. Good value for space and pool.

Great view! very spacious! We enjoyed our stay & would come back again. It can be a little difficult to locate even with instructions, but once located no additional issues getting into the house. You should definitely rent an SUV or Jeep to get around the island and to get up the driveway at the property. Host was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than expected. The local co-host (Donovan) provided some local food options & less busy beach options.

Alex’s place was in the most perfect location within a few steps to the pool and the most gorgeous view of the water. Although it wasn’t a swimmable beach, the view was absolutely worth it. Swimming in the pool, which most of the time we had to ourselves, with that view was absolutely worth it. There was also an option to rent their car. I highly recommend doing that. Driving to the beautiful beaches was the way to go. Taxis could be up to $140 per ride for the 5 of us. The 3 bedrooms with the 3 bathrooms was a perfect fit for our family. It was not the most fancy place but it was clean and roomy. Iggie’s restaurant was a quick walk down the beach. It was a fun vibe with live music. We do not recommend Mim’s restaurant. It was over priced for mediocre food. The best restaurant on the island was Pesce. Another great one was The Greenhouse. We highly recommend Alex’s place. When we return to St. Thomas, that is where we will be staying!

Absolutely stunning view very peaceful very clean. Mark was an awesome host. Wish I’ve could’ve stayed longer. Looking forward to see you next time.

Justin totally hooked us up! Fantastic place exactly as advertised with amazing views, pools, and beach access! He even suggested a driver for us…so anytime I called Warren….POOF…driver there! There were extra treats for the beach like snorkeling gear, chairs, and noodles to float plus a little cooler to use to transport our beverages. Bonus that we sat outside on the porch and listened to the live music from Bolongo Bay’s restaurant. Highly highly recommend this lovely villa for anyone’s trip to St. Thomas.

We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the location and amenities. Having a balcony that overlooks the bay was amazing. You're steps from pool and an easy walk down to the beach. The unit itself was clean, plenty of room, and had everything we needed. My husband even remarked that the hosts thought about all the little details...amazing that he even noticed that!! I recommend renting a car to explore the island and all the beaches, as well as to sample all the local food choices. We had such a memorable time and would return!!

This is an absolute gem of a place, overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean folding into Bolongo Bay. Mornings began, and evenings ended, with the sights and sounds of this natural spectacle, with a 30-foot long balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Well-located between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook (each less than 15 minutes), + only 20 minutes due south of the stunning Magen's Bay Beach. The villa was clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen/bathroom necessities, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, noodles, and even snorkel gear). Parking aplenty, with access to a small beach and a pair of pools. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room + dining area made for plenty of room for our family of 4. Kerri was responsive, accommodating, and above-and-beyond helpful. She could not have been a better, more welcoming host. This place was a big part of our first trip to the USVI being the memorable vacation it was.
