Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Water Island

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

The view and pool are amazing! The inside was nicely done and well equipped. If you’re looking for something with a view and pool and not far from town, this is a great option.

The unit looked just like the photos; it was pretty, well kept & clean. There’s an amazing view. Located in a quiet area.

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

Christy and the team were amazing hosts!! Everything was arranged perfectly and so much detail that she puts into your stay! It was so peaceful, even with the roosters lol. We will definitely be booking again and will recommend this air bnb to friends and family.

The Airbnb and The host Ja were amazing! It was our last day in St Thomas and woke up to banging on the doors and gun shots at 1am-2am i had three children in the home and had to get them away from all the windows. Be aware of your surroundings.

This was my second time at Avery’s studio. Avery’s place has always been top notch in cleanliness. It’s a very nice studio with wood vaulted ceilings and nicely decorated. There is a small store half a block away where one can buy water and other supplies. There is also a great bistro half a block away and the times I’ve been there the food has been very good. From Avery’s studio you can walk to downtown where there are restaurants and taxi services that can take you to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return. This was such a great and unique historical place. We loved it. The host was so wonderful and shared so many suggestions for local places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a bit tucked away but we like that. St Anne's was just up the hill and the french heritage museum is right down the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby with friendly locals. We ate at the french bistro at least 4x and they were nice enough to call a taxi for us. We had the taxi service just pick us up at the french bistro bc everyone knows where it is. . The accomodation is spacious and clean - and much more considerations than we expected so we had brought our own - but there were chairs, a cooler and beach towels available that's soooo nice. It was also super nice that the generator was available bc there were a few short rolling blackouts - but the accomodation stays cool even when the AC is off - we never returned from gallavanting to a "hot" room. . We had a great stay at Avery's place and the island. . We hope to see you sooner than later . Thank you!!!

Great location! We didn't feel like a car was needed and walked most places. Host was so helpful and gave lots of local recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and there are beautiful views of the island from the balcony!

Don't think twice about booking, just book. I will be back!

Heavenly balcony breezes and view! Excellent pools and not boisterous/noisy - very chill! Enjoyed walking down to Sim’s surfside Bistro - phenomenal seafood! And Iggies at Bolongo is an easy walk with nightly entertainment. Very responsive host if any issues arise. Compact studio but has everything needed, and outstanding location!

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week at Shilpi's location in Bolongo Bay. The villas are super cute, quiet, and peaceful at night! Our specific villa was decorated nicely and overall decently clean. We didnt really have any issues, but two very minor things: the ants in the kitchen were a bit much but we didn't really eat in, however we did have to keep our snacks in the microwave because ants were in the cabinets and drawers. Second was the beach equipment, I didnt have too much of an issue with the condition of it but it was a bit tore up, and the bin had trash and empty beer bottles in it (not the fault of the host, most likely previous guests). We also communicated about lack of a beach bag, which i completely understand but we did have to buy our own to use. Other than the ants and equipment, we had a great stay! The host is very sweet and understanding!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location was PERFECT. The condo was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The welcome packet that Mike provided was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back!
