This was my second time at Avery’s studio. Avery’s place has always been top notch in cleanliness. It’s a very nice studio with wood vaulted ceilings and nicely decorated. There is a small store half a block away where one can buy water and other supplies. There is also a great bistro half a block away and the times I’ve been there the food has been very good. From Avery’s studio you can walk to downtown where there are restaurants and taxi services that can take you to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return. Thank you Avery !

I stayed here for about a month when I was in between places and it was a great experience. The hosts were kind, helpful, and responsive. The location is a little bit out of the way but it is close to the airport which is nice and the island is so small that as long as you have a car, you can still get anywhere pretty quickly. The area is pretty quiet and I didn’t hear much outside noise. You also have your own parking space which is gated, and the drive is pretty simple to the home. There is cool AC in the bedroom and the shower gets very warm. All around a good stay and I would come back to Maria’s home.

It was a bit tucked away but we like that. St Anne's was just up the hill and the french heritage museum is right down the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby with friendly locals. We ate at the french bistro at least 4x and they were nice enough to call a taxi for us. We had the taxi service just pick us up at the french bistro bc everyone knows where it is. . The accomodation is spacious and clean - and much more considerations than we expected so we had brought our own - but there were chairs, a cooler and beach towels available that's soooo nice. It was also super nice that the generator was available bc there were a few short rolling blackouts - but the accomodation stays cool even when the AC is off - we never returned from gallavanting to a "hot" room. . We had a great stay at Avery's place and the island. . We hope to see you sooner than later . Thank you!!!

Great location. Not far from terminal cruise. A 15 minute walk or 3 mins drive. It has everything you need in a small space. Everything was clean and Michale was super responsive. Only set back of this property though are the hills. That's it. Everything was running smoothly. Although it's close to the shopping Centre you might not feel comfortable walking down the hill as there are no designated walking paths on the curved hilly road (usual in st Thomas). I did mange to walk up and down and I was fine.

We stood at Lisa's place for 2 separate stays during our trip. Lisa's communication was open and clear. The place is exactly what we needed for our stay on Water Island. It is a peaceful location and was exactly what we needed to relax & unwind. As a city girl, I enjoyed star gazing from the balcony when we wrapped up our nights. We loved it there. We will seek out Lisa's place again on our next trip to St. Thomas. Thanks again, Lisa!

A Private Space by Villa Sunbeam.

A Private Space is the perfect location for being near town and not having a vehicle. It is near to pharmacies, the hospital, the post office, restaurants, and attractions. They are all within walking distance. Although off street parking was provided, I was there for such a short time for work that I simply took a taxi. The harbor view from this unit’s terrace at sunset is truly mesmerizing. That will be the memory I take back home with me. The unit was welcoming and fully set up with everything that I needed to be comfortable. There is a large 55" Smart TV with surround sound and a super cool AC! A Private Space is perfect for a professional who needs to be in and out for business, or for a private getaway. Kyle and Randall were also great hosts. I highly recommend A Private Space to anyone looking for a great getaway for business or pleasure! I’d definitely come back and stay again!
