Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Wat Ket

I really loved staying here. Felt just like home, with welcoming hosts next door. Everything is set up to stay long-term. The neighbourhood is very quiet, wonderful sounds of crickets and birds, like being in nature but only 10/15mins from old city. Easy to get a grab bike/taxi, but even easier to hire a scooter, which can be delivered and picked-up charge free . Highly recommended

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

I'm traveling from countries around the world and I don't know if this review will be helpful. While thinking about a place to stay in Chiang Mai, I booked a place to stay in this famous place, and I really don't think it's a regretful decision. I think the friendly host and great place even further upgraded the quality of our trip to Chiang Mai. I will be thinking about several host rooms here, but Khun Seua's place I met was absolutely the best. The location of the accommodation is secluded, so it's nice, and most importantly, the convenience store is right in front, and there are brunch and cafes nearby, so it was very good for coffee. Also the swimming pool on the 17th floor is really the best infrastructure of this property. I'm Korean, so Koreans will make a lot of decisions after seeing the reviews, but trust this host's room. You won't regret it.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Meena's place was comfortable and cozy as a home away from home. In particular, the bedding was cleanly maintained, and it was comfortable and so nice. In particular, Mina was considerate enough to allow us to check out late, so we were able to rest well. The location and the condition of the accommodation were all good. I will never forget my trip in Chiang Mai.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

Probably one of the nicer condos in the city the infinity pool is deff gram worthy as its 150 metres and on one of the tallest buildings in the city also the sauna and steam room are nice bonuses.

We had a great stay at Twin Peaks. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was cleaned once during our stay (twelve days). Bottled water can be bought downstairs at the reception which was very convenient for us and quite cheap. This was a great service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the presence of a washing machine for clothes in the appartement. The apartment is fully accessible for a manual wheelchair. A chair for in the shower was provided. The only possible improvement would be the placement of handles at the toilet. The bed was very hard, as is the case in all beds in Thailand. If you are sensitive to this, you can put pillows from the couch under the top mattress. This makes the bed softer. Neil, the host, makes sure that everything is perfect. He is open to doing a lot for an optimal stay. He is very accessible by phone and comes by quickly if something can be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

We had a wonderful stay with our children of 2 and 4 in Lala's apartment. Lala even arranged a high chair and baby bed for our youngest daughter. Location was perfect for us. Just outside the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of several nice eateries, supermarket and the night bazaar and a rooftop swimming pool. We had some problems with the shower the first days but this was resolved quickly. Even during Songkran! Lala was always quick and easy to reach. In short, we definitely recommend this stay.
