Family-friendly vacation rentals in Wat Ket

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Place looks exactly as described, and the host is pretty responsive. The place is far from all the action as it's a quasi gated community, but if you like quiet, like I do, and don't mind a short grab or bolt to town, this is the place.

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

We had a wonderful eight-night stay at Christien's place in the heart of Chiang Mai's old city. The location is unbeatable, short walk to weekend markets, and 15 minutes by car to the airport and main malls. The house was sparkling clean and thoughtfully set up. Christien was a warm and welcoming host who offered kind support during our stay. Bonus points for the super comfy office chair!

Little paradise, everything is perfect and better than the pictures, sure I’ll go back there. Thomas was available quickly for everything I needed, really amazing host !

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

I stayed comfortably for a month. The house was clean, and there was no inconvenience in the kitchen to cook food.And it was really nice that you replaced the bedding once a week and provided a cleaning service. If you say you're uncomfortable, you corrected it right away. Thank you.

This is my second stay at Tatum’s place so I knew what to expect. Everything is clean usable on in the villages really nice close to restaurants and 7-Eleven. Everything you need is right there and the bikes or an extra.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

We've had a great week. Easy going place, quiet, lots of nature, that's what we were looking for. Alistair and Nok were very helpful, helped us with a tour to feed and walk with Elephants (book a tour with Eddy), recommended several places for activities and food (night market, supermarket and restaurants). The swimming pool was great and a lot of effort was made to keep it clean, daily tidying of the place. The playfull dogs kept us company. Thanks for hosting us!

This place is such a wonderful find for families. We stayed there for a month and we typically got around by using a grab or one of the bicycles that was on the property. We were given local recommendations. The pool was really wonderful and there were lots of great toys that my kids played with. The hot water heater works great. The air conditioning worked in each room. There were lots of items in the kitchen that made cooking really easy. I’m so glad that we were able to stay here for the month and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it a lot..

We spent two wonderful days here! The house is very beautiful! What makes me most satisfied is the garden! Exquisite and charming! The sheets in the house are also very fragrant. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we can cook by ourselves. Everything is perfect except some bugs!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Such a wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and responsive. I had a bit of trouble with the wifi in the first few days. She got everything back up and working right away. She was very accommodating and the place was very comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved staying here, everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

We loved our stay here, ample space and beautiful garden and great location. Will come back for sure
