Knocked it out of the park! Checkin was easy, bed was comfy, interior even better looking than pictures, plenty of little touches and amenities. Super comfy and close to several breweries and downtown shops.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of town. Close to the coffee shop and restaurants. The apartment is clean, spacious and has an artsy vibe. Matt is an excellent host. He and Hannah provided a quick response each time we reached out to them. This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed here with a group of guys for spring break and it was everything we hoped for it to be. Awesome kitchen space with anything we needed to cook meals, and plenty of living space for all of us to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The host responded quickly and instructions were clear and precise. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

Libby’s home was amazing. We came for the NASCAR race. It was super convenient to the track. And there were lots of shopping and restaurants near her home. Her home was also in an amazing area. We enjoyed the porch since the weather was so nice. There were cows across the street and for us city folks we really enjoyed hearing them. Libby’s home was beautiful. So very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft. We also enjoyed walking into the house to a wonderful scent. Libby communicated so well. We had no issues at the house but she did message to let us know that we could check in early if we arrived before 3. She also messaged us to make sure that we had no issues with access and had settled in well. I would recommend her home to anyone. We will be staying here again if she allows us to. Thank you, Libby, for being such an amazing host!

Great place for a peaceful weekend getaway. Quiet, breathtaking views and a short drive to the city. Ralph was great and very accommodating to last minute, unexpected changes.

Carrie was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She is proactive and a very responsive communicator. The space was spotless and beautiful on the inside, just like the photos. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

First of all, the mix of exposed bricks and a more modern look was fantastic. Had everything you would need and more. Crap I forgot my ice cream in the freezer. That water pressure was amazing!!!

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. We were at this rental during Tropical Storm Helene. With no electricity or cellular, we could not answer his emails or texts during our stay. He was very understanding once I was able to reach him. The neighbors were phenomenal--helpful and generous to us since we had very little food etc. Once this resort is up and running again, I recommend staying in this rental.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.

We stayed at Heather & Shawn’s while visiting family in JohnsonCity for about a week. This location was probably one of the best Airbnbs we stayed out. The property looks just like the photos, very clean, near everything in the area and Heather was very communicative! We’d love to stay at their property again when visiting Johnson City in the future - it’s a great hidden gem.
