Little Lodge

JinniRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Pictures do not do this place justice! This is a stunning property tucked away, just outside of Frederick Maryland. Very easy to get to. The short hike to the top of the property is rewarded with stunning mountain views and sunsets! We also did the half mile hike from the top of the property to the Appalachian Trail on to Washington Monument State Park! We loved the cabin itself as it is very rustic and so cozy! We enjoyed the fire pit and smores every night we stayed. The host was extremely helpful, providing local events that weekend and a great recommendation for restaurants and vineyards. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a getaway outside of DC in the mountains!

The Shady Bear Cabin

KatieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We highly recommend staying at the Shady Bear Cabin! It's close to town but peaceful enough to feel like you're on a vacation. Gerry is a wonderful host - very friendly and helpful. The cabin had just enough of everything we needed for the weekend stay. If we ever need to rent near Frederick again, we will definitely be repeat customers! Special shoutout to Mr. Moo, the sweetest cat concierge <3

Sleepy Hollow Log Cabin

Brittne NoelleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My husband and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend! If I could give more stars I would and I’ll be definitely bringing my children with us next time. Everything that we needed was easily accessible and clearly labeled so we had no issues during our stay. The property was stunning and I loved reading about Jesus while looking around such a great touch. I hope God continues to bless them and provide in all the ways they need. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

Adorable, clean, thoughtful, this studio was perfect!! We visited Antietam for a couple days and this spot was so cozy and relaxing for us. Our favorite was drinking coffee next to the babbling creek - doesn’t get much better than that! We loved getting to chat with Heather on her beautiful property. Thank you!!!

Charming vintage cabin in the ❤️ of Middletown.

SydneyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Loved staying at this sweet little cabin! It was a little smaller than expected but the coziest cutest thing ever! I agree with Heather that this place is best suited for older kiddos and adults, loads of cute decorations and the loft could really trip someone up if they weren’t careful! It was such a peaceful, private place and it really felt like we were in a cabin to ourselves despite being in a neighborhood! Super close to a bunch of amazing wineries, hiking, and downtown Frederick, it was perfect! Thank you Heather!!

Berkeley Springs Haven w/ Sleepy Creek Access!

ErinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a magical little cabin in a beautiful area! Equal parts peaceful and romantic. Other cabins and owners’ home are on site, but at a good enough distance that we felt we had plenty of privacy. The hosts were responsive to troubleshoot some uncertainty about designated parking when we arrived after dark. The outdoor seating on the porch and in the green space outside the cabin were nice. The gas fireplace inside was cute and cozy too. It was very clean and well furnished. They make great use of the smaller space. Not a lot of storage for clothes and luggage but it was fine. The bed and pillows were comfy. I saw some other reviews that mentioned the sulphuric odor of the water, so I wasn’t surprised. It’s definitely different than what I’m used to, but understanding that the water in the area has different mineral content explains it. We were in the area to visit hot springs after all! I would recommend this little gem and would stay again!

Sleepy Creek -hot tub, pets, grill, fire pit, wifi

RachelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A great private location right on Sleepy Creek. We felt comfortable letting the dogs explore the property and loved the hot tub. There is one other house you can sort of see through the woods if you look hard enough, but its far from this place, and other than that, you have complete solitude here! 10/10 recommend for couples and dog parents!

The Cottage at Tiny Hidden Ridge

MichaelRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had an incredible stay. For those without a car: we hiked from the Harpers Ferry train station to the cabin and took a scenic hike up the Maryland Heights trail in the morning. The cabin was cozy and a pleasure to stay in! We cooked dinner and breakfast and they had everything necessary including oil, spices, cooking utensils, and dishes. We also enjoyed some hot chocolate provided in the cabin! It was inviting, warm, and beautiful.

The Sanctuary

DustinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My husband and I rented this for a weekend getaway for our 10yr anniversary. We wanted something secluded and peaceful where we could just relax and take in the scenery, with a short drive from spas, restaurants, and entertainment. This rental delivered all of that and more. The sauna and hot tub worked well and really enhanced our experience. The fire table came in handy too as it was rainy and cool the majority of our stay. It was really nice to sit out on the porch and relax to the sounds of rain while also being able to stay a little warm by the fire. The main house and bath house were very clean and inviting. Such a quaint little spot. Made us wish we owned something just like it. PMI was very responsive with any questions we had and even checked in with us to ask us how our first night was. Highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a quiet getaway. We plan to be back soon!
