House vacation rentals in Washington County

We had a wonderful stay at April’s Airbnb! My husband, two sisters, brother-in-law, and I stayed here, and it was perfect size for our group. My sister also brought her dog, who absolutely loved the big backyard! The home was very comfortable and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after our daily adventures. The location was great—just a short drive to Shepherdstown, Charles Town, Antietam, and Harpers Ferry, with Gettysburg only about an hour away. It was the ideal spot for exploring the area! April was a fantastic host—very responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going well, and offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We also really appreciated all the little thoughtful touches, like extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair care items, and TV's in all the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful location and peaceful. The home is quaint and practical. I will book again in the future, when returning to Berkley Springs!

Gorgeous private property, surrounded by nature. Welcoming home with wonderful amenities. Instantly aware a great deal of thought was put into all aspects of this home, providing a seamless transition to vacation mode. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Heather was fantastic! We had lost power due to storms and desperately needed a place to stay with our two dogs. It was a very last minute booking and she was super accommodating. She responded super fast to my messages. The place was super peaceful and clean. Would definitely book with her again!

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

There isn’t enough space on this review to write all the great things about our stay, this house and Nicole. Nicole is a fabulous host: easy to communicate with, very responsive and gave us some great insight to the area. The house was even better in person than in the photos. Very clean, well appointed and just the best location. It was quiet and remote while being close to things to do. The walking trail, hot tub and screen in porch were our most used spaces. The beds are very comfortable, there’s plenty of linens and pillows, and the perfect sleeping arrangement layout. There is a great assortment of toys in the house as well which my 2 year old loved. There was also so many thoughtful touches to the house as well like welcome guides, cooking basics and spices, bug spray, and so many other things. We have already said this is a house we will return to visit again. I also appreciated that the house really makes you disconnect and reset and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you again!

Henry’s rustic mountain cabin was perfect for our family. We found everything to be as listed and Henry is an amazing host. He had local recommendations and was quick to respond during our visit. I would absolutely return and recommend Henry’s mountain cabin!

Samee’s home is lovely, clean and very well equipped. We would recommend staying here to any West Virginia visitor!

I grew up in Frederick and my parents still live there, but with lots of family in town it was pretty crowded at their place (my childhood home) so we decided to get a place nearby. I'm very glad we did - Mina's home was super comfortable, more roomy than I expected. Quiet neighborhood. We all slept awesome (it was so much darker and quieter than Chicago, where we live now!). We enjoyed the Asian fusion restaurant at the end of the street. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time. There were many toys for the kids. We appreciated the sleeping options and loved that there were two king beds. They also left some snacks for us. It was only 30 minutes from whitetail resort which felt manageable.

Beautiful home and awesome host! Was very responsive and was flexible with check-in/check-out. Went above and beyond. The property is very eclectic, clean, and homey. You can walk to various restaurants (we loved Snallygasters!) beautiful area, home is on a dead end street so very private. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Really wonderful air bnb stay! Everyone that was with us said it was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Matched the descriptions was a super cute little town very well stocked for linens and blankets etc even had some extra tooth brushes and tooth paste etc! Super proactive with clear directions etc it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again!

Our recent stay at Guy and Sarah’s Airbnb in Harper’s Ferry was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the house were immediately apparent. The Scandinavian design of the home added a sense of peace and calm that made our stay exceptionally relaxing. As a family of five, we thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, making meal preparations convenient and an absolute pleasure. The cozy rooms, accentuated by the tranquil interior design, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. One unexpected gem was the extensive book collection. I discovered several titles that captured my interest so much that I plan to purchase them for my collection. Guy and Sarah were incredibly responsive and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience with their attentiveness. We wish our visit could have been longer, but we are already planning our return. Next time, we hope to share this excellent find with another set of friends.

My family and I had a great Easter weekend at this house. It was quiet and very peaceful.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Yellow House. We were here for a month while waiting for our house to close and we’re able to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably. Curwin was a great host. Very communicative, thoughtful and easy to work with.

This is a beautiful home! My wife and I met our adult children there to celebrate her "A hum" Birthday. Very close to but away from the crowds of Harpers Ferry And plenty of wineries in the area. This is got to be the CLEANEST well kept home We have ever stayed at! Thank You Bryan & Britt

Originally, I wanted to stay at the local Inn, but I am so glad that we didn’t! This beautiful home was just a short walk to the hot springs and offered so much more than the inn could offer. All around a great experience.
