This was a lovely stay! The house was clean (obsessed with the woody fresh smell of the pine) and had everything we could have needed. We even enjoyed stormy weather under the roof on the back deck!

fantastic mountain getaway. at first we were bummed the weather was going to keep us inside but this Airbnb made it such an enjoyable and relaxing vacation nonetheless. beds were very comfortable, space was beautiful, and such a bonus that they provided the firewood for evening fires. will absolutely be coming back to see this space intiple seasons.

Beautiful place me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday we had the best time! Brandi had the space nice and clean when we got there. She is has excellent response time and is very friendly. The cabin itself was amazing the view was incredible! being able to go out and kayak was amazing. The perfect get away for you and your partner! we will definitely be back!

The Cabin on the Run was fantastic. It was spotless, I think the beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at an airbnb, my son (9 y/o) loved the toys upstairs, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The woods surrounding were absolutely beautiful, which we enjoyed walking through during the day, and relaxing on the comfortable sofa in the evening.

I booked the cabin for a few days after having a sudden loss of my husbands dad. This place was prefect to recharge and unwind from our lives. We did do a couples massage and let me tell you amazing. The hot tub and fire pit where are favorite as well as playing a few games of pool. I kept catching my husband playing pac man he loved it. We will for sure be back.

We loved our stay! The pool was great. The views are beautiful. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the new Ganotown Ice Cream shop and did trail ride on horseback at Good Luck Stables.

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

This place was a great getaway for a long weekend! very very clean! Well stocked with supplies! Elvis always answered our messages very quickly. We want to stay again at another time. Hot tub was awesome! I highly recommend this place. we also could not get over the peacefulness this place represents. Place was amazing around the hot tub could had been clean from all the leaves . But all and all i will be returning tha k you daniel for a great experience!

We had a wonderful time! There were so many special touches around this beautiful home. The grounds around the house are beautiful and very private. Our dogs loved walking in the woods. Andrew and Amanda were wonderful to work with. We will definitely come back to this great property.

The place was exactly as listed. Very quiet and secluded. I think we noticed fewer that 6 vehicles drive by the entire weekend. The few people we noticed driving in and out were friendly and waived as we passed. If you are looking for a quiet secluded place not far from town with all the amenities you need for a group of 4-6 people this is the place.

We recently stayed at this amazing camping site with our family and friends, and it was truly one of the best experiences we've had.Everything about this place was just perfect—from the peaceful setting to the thoughtful amenities. The site itself is very private and cozy, offering a real sense of seclusion while still being incredibly welcoming. We stayed in clean and comfortable cottages that were well maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. We were delighted to find a storage area full of games that kept both kids and adults entertained. There were plenty of spots to relax, gather around the fire pit, and just take in the natural beauty.A special shoutout to the wonderful owners, Tom and Karen, who truly went above and beyond. They took us on a fun tractor ride around the property, and we absolutely loved spending time with their six playful dogs. Their hospitality made us feel like part of the family.This place has everything you could ask for.

Great location, beautiful nature around, quiet and cozy. The owner answered as quickly and clearly as possible, the pictures do not show a place for a fire outside, and when we arrived and saw that it was there, we were pleasantly surprised. Naturally, it is very cool that there is a sauna and a swimming pool, and it all works, I think this is an ideal place to relax with friends, we liked everything, and I think we will come back again. 🙂

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this A-line house in the peaceful forest! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep for our large family. We loved watching movies in the modern living room, which was cozy and inviting. In the morning, we enjoyed making breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed. The clean and serene environment made our short stay very comfortable. I also appreciated how the host clearly laid out all the rules and expectations for our stay and check-out. The cute pink door added a charming touch to the house, welcoming us right from the start. The house is an adventurous drive from the main roads, which added to the charm but might be a little scary for those who don’t like driving in the dark. We recommend this place for anyone looking to escape and relax, even for just a night!

We LOVED staying here!! So private and cozy! Close to cute downtown Berkeley Springs and tucked away for a secluded experience. We enjoyed the hot tub and slept like babies in the very comfortable beds. We will absolutely be back and are making it our go-to getaway!

The house was amazing, they had games and movies for us to watch. Service for phones were spotty but it just added to the enjoyment of getting away. It was a little far from where we went to Ski (whitetail) but overall not too bad. Cottage Rentals were amazing with flexibility and communication.

We loved our stay at C & O abode. It was exactly as described and as the pictures showed. The house is beautiful with amazing amenities such as heated floors, room darkening shades, sound machines in every room and toys and books in the kids room. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful decor. Jen was very responsive and even sent a long list of recommendations for things to do! The kids loved the crystal grotto caverns and the arial adventure park. Also highly recommend Harper’s ferry brewing for locals beers and delicious pretzels! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We rented a different place and drove 6 hours to get there was so horrible dirty full Of mold and spiders. We had to stay one night it was so late when we arrived. Fenny and David accepted a last minute booking and allowed us to check in way way earlier then we should have. So kind and caring knew we were in a bad situation and helped us so much. We were visiting for my nephews 1st birthday and honestly It would have been ruined as we were doing most of the cooking and needed to have a place to cook and also have a good nights rest. The place is spotless, well appointed, every detail thought out. Beautiful spacious and in a great community full of amenities. We will be back! Not all places are equal! This is top notch.

Beautiful retreat for our family. Ben was very responsive to any questions we had. My daughter loved kayaking at the private community lake.

Beautiful cabin, very spacious and just what we were looking for! The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a washer and dryer for clothes, but other than that it was perfect.
