very beautiful, bright, spacious house, the case when the photos correspond to the reality, it was very clean and all the necessary kitchen appliances were in place, we were satisfied!

Natasha and Jason are great hosts. They are responsive and helpful. When I happened to mention that I use a Soda Stream at home to make sparkling water and reduce my carbon footprint, a Soda Stream appeared on my doorstep! I've stayed in many Airbnb's, and I've only ever been in one that was as clean as this one--absolutely pristine. I look forward to staying here in the future.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, as is the area surrounding it. The walk down to the beach by the river was great and there is a very friendly kitty that is a wonderful companion for the walk along the shore. The house was wonderful to and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you might need to cook an easy dinner or even make up a picnic to have outside. This place was amazing!! My team of drone pilots are in Tehachapi performing wildfire mitigation inspections on utility poles. This home was a perfect spot for us to come home and rest of the end of the day. Gus was extremely helpful and responsive from check-in to allowing a late checkout. Highly recommend this place to any group looking to find a great AirBnB! Thank you Gus!!

Bobby's place was excellent and quiet at night, everything was very clean and had everything I needed the bed mattress and blankets where so soft i had a good night sleep . I Stayed a few nights thoroughly enjoy my stay here in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood with very welcoming and friendly neighbors. Bobby was very friendly, helpful, and provided great hospitality. I would gladly stay again

Now on my fourth or fifth stay; all my previous five-star reviews and 100% positive comments stand. This is a gem of a house, whether staying for a week or month. The retro cottage chic is unique and classy, and it’s very well-maintained. There’s plenty of open space and seating everywhere. It has all the amenities of home in a relaxing oasis of charming, comfy, clean calm. The sunny, bright kitchen area looking out onto the attractive backyard is my favorite room. Everything works, even the gas grill out back.

A very great place, close to where I needed to be and perfect place for relaxing. The home was very beautiful and very organized, there is just a lot of light switches and I didn’t know which one worked what but over all a great place to stay.
