I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. This is our favorite place to stay in Boonville. We travel with a good amount of stuff, and being able to park on the same level as the entrance (there were no stairs to climb) was just one of the things we loved about Sue's place. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a beautiful setting. So many Airbnbs have horrible beds, but Sue's does not. We were very pleased. I highly recommend this place.

Great little house amazing back yard not a lot to do in the area but that was okay stores weren’t to far away overall great place to go if you don’t want to deal with the noisy city and are just trying to get away for the weekend

it was comfortable , very nice shower and very warm. waffles were very handy for the kids. comfy chairs for card playing.

Emilee’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway and she was the perfect host. The house was clean and well stocked. We felt right at home. The neighborhood felt safe and it is not a far or difficult drive to get to anything in Kansas City. I would stay here again!

Came into town with a group of friends and family for a two day event and this property was the perfect fit for us. The host was right on top of communicating back to me when I had questions. The teenagers especially enjoyed the outdoor deck which was extremely spacious. The coffee was supplied and the host had provided more than enough supplies for the adults that stayed.

We stayed over spring break, the views from the large windows of the lake were amazing. Our family of four enjoyed the space, the hot tub, kayaking and fishing. Being on the end of the drive made it peaceful, since there was no traffic driving by on the road, just boats on the lake. It was a real comfortable space and we really enjoyed our stay, the snacks they welcomed us with were great to.

Wonderful little space! I came from Iowa to visit my sister in Belton but wanted my own space. This was perfect, very clean, quiet and safe. I loved it!

I scheduled this space for my nephew and family. It was clean and everything as described. There were extras - like cookies and treats that were a lovely touch. It was a great location in Warsaw - close to restaurants and shopping.

It was a cozy little place to stay with a little fenced in patio area that was nice to sit in and talk to my coworkers with. There’s a few pretty good restaurants right around the corner and some shops to check out as well. Nice little breakfast bowl place to hit in the mornings too.

This was my 4th time staying at Joy’s place. We love it! Joy goes above and beyond, she is hands down the best hostess. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy and the location is ideal for us. See you next year, Joy! 😊

The experience was exactly what I needed and was located within walking distance to restaurants, her cafe, and a local wine shop. The cafe was the highlight with fresh from scratch items, high quality tea and espresso, and fresh squeezed juices. Planning on rebooking in the future.

Had a wonderful stay, host was nice and very accommodating. The location was nice and close to restaurant and stores.
