Vacation rentals with a patio in Warffum

The location of the property is very quiet yet central. The harbor, shopping and the center are easily accessible on foot and with a stroller. The apartment was very clean and we felt comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. There was everything needed for cooking and breakfast. Two strollers could also be parked in the bike shed without any problems. Two extra beds for children and high chairs were provided for us, very friendly. We can only recommend the place.

Modern, bright, spacious and very clean apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is very quiet, with a terrace and views over the fields. Large, modern bathroom, and the windows all have fly screens (you can sleep without worry with the window open). Good starting point for excursions and bike tours. If we go on vacation to Krummhörn again, we will definitely ask for the apartment, because we felt very comfortable - to which the friendly hosts also contributed. From us 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment that was furnished with love. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The host is super nice and we were even allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier. I always had to work online in the morning, which was no problem thanks to the good WiFi. Thank you! Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is cozy, has everything you need. Modern amenities. Absolutely quiet yet centrally located. Beverage fridge available, bakery is right next door. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at TheDa's place. It is a brand new apartment that has a clever layout and is lovingly furnished. You have everything you need and feel right at home. Within walking distance you are right in the city center. Communication with Theda was always quick and very friendly. We can recommend this place without hesitation!

We had a really nice stay with great views and a cozy, private balcony with evening sun. The decor is very tasteful and modern, the apartment is clean and well-maintained, the hosts are very friendly and make really delicious ice cream 😉 We will be happy to come back!

For the 2nd time, we felt very comfortable in the windblow again. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need and chubby warm. Even in winter you can have a great vacation on the wonderful Borkum. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is fantastic, nicely decorated and spacious. everything was present, including soap, shampoo, etc. There was even some goodies ready for us. We enjoyed it. The area is quiet and you are really within a 5-minute walk in the center.

Great place, very clean and cozy, you felt right at home in the chalet. The location was a bit isolated and you had to drive longer for activities/shopping because there wasn't much going on there. In terms of price, unfortunately, it's just a little too expensive for all the possibilities. All in all, we still had a few great days together & I thank you dear Nicole for the uncomplicated conversation. ☀️❤️

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

We stayed at this beautiful house for an extended weekend. Everything is as pictured and as described. The house is top equipped, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional...very nice right on the water with its own jetty. From there you can make many excursions, cycling, etc. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and with a lot of helpful information. A beautiful apartment, clean, really comfortable for two people, in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped . Walking distance to city centre with Rosalien was very friendly and responded immediately to everything. We had a great time!!!

The apartment is a dream. Beautiful little garden, super nice hostess, modern furnishings, even the decoration fit during the season! There's really nothing missing. We can only recommend the apartment without reservation.

Ellens apartment is very easy to reach, we were allowed to check in earlier than indicated and Lars welcomed us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, very quiet, terrace and garden wonderful for relaxing. Only the bathroom is very small. The whole thing is a bit remote - a car is necessary, but you can also reach the nearest town by bike. In the area you can watch the North Sea, enjoy wonderful scenery, explore nice towns, eat well, is in 1.5h in Groningen NL - simply switch off. We really enjoyed the days!

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location - quietly located, but very well suited as a starting point for activities by car, bike or on foot. We were able to safely park our bicycle and car on or at the premises. In very good weather, we enjoyed the time on the terrace. Overall, we had a very good time in the beautiful apartment. Marion was always available for questions. Arrival and departure went absolutely smoothly. We will definitely be back! What I personally noticed; the apartment was larger than it appeared to me in the pictures, which of course we were very happy about.

We spent a weekend with two families including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis table, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the surroundings. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again.
