The perfect spot for our Winter getaway. A beautiful setting and a well preserved colonial era cabin, perfect for exploring such an historic part of our Country. Quaint local restaurants, friendly people and a country setting handy to the lower tidewater Virginia. The icing on the cake was the fireplace for cozy evenings reading a good book. We absolutely loved staying at Bernadette’s place. It is exactly as described in her listing-peacefully tucked away in a beautiful private setting. It’s the perfect get-away where you can relax. Comfy beds, clean spaces, beautiful yard, and lots of extras. It’s definitely a place we would return to.

We had an amazing stay at White Heron Cottage! It was clean, bright, and quiet. Ashley was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
