In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Modern apartment for families in the attic

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. In a quiet residential area in the northeast of Lübeck is the Schönkamp house, a semi-detached house from around 1900. It has been completely and lovingly renovated inside, combining the original character with a bright and modern atmosphere. Apart from the tiled kitchen, there are wooden floors everywhere. New central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided. Lübeck city is 5 minutes bus or car ride, 10 min. by bike or 25 minutes on foot
