The 3.5-room apartment with 83 m² has been carefully and sustainably furnished and offers a well-equipped kitchen as well as a 32" smart TV including Netflix. The apartment also has a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The center with various shops, restaurants, theaters and cinema as well as the train station are within walking distance.

The spacious and unique attic apartment (114 m²) has two separate bedrooms with double beds and an open living and dining area with a state-of-the-art kitchen and comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests. The large bathroom creates space for rest and relaxation with the skylight and the view of the Napf. The loggia overlooking the lower village of Hergiswil is an absolute highlight. Next to the apartment entrance is the laundry room with a washing machine.

Located in the stork village of Altreu, the tiny house is located directly on the banks of the Aare River on a campsite and offers cozy modern living with the best views of the water. Fully equipped, but reduced to the essentials, this tiny house is the perfect place for a break. Practically at your doorstep, the local recreation area "Witi" with its large natural areas invites you to take walks and bike rides. Right next to the campsite is the restaurant zum Grüene Aff.
