Monthly Rentals in Wanda

All perfect. The house is really great, very well distributed. Quiet location. New and tasteful furniture. The only "criticisms" would be that the air-conditioning of the suite did not cool as well in recent days (which have been warmer) and a small hole in the ceiling of the suite bathroom, where there was probably a lamp or something (nothing that discredits, but causes some discomfort).

Thiago’s place has plenty of space and charm and feels like a winter lodge. The kitchen is an open concept with windows all around. It was especially nice to have a king bed and big screen in the bedroom. I also liked that it was in a quiet residential area and had a garage for parking. There was remodeling going on most days but it wasn’t too distracting. Thiago (Jai) himself is a very accommodating and friendly guy. I would definitely stay again at this property

Marta is a sweetheart! We are on bicycles and arrived later than we thought but found it easily and they showed up right as we arrived to let us in. She even brought us a lighter blanket if we needed it.

Beautiful house! Really recommend it!
