The airbnb was even better than we expected. It was easy to find and was fresh smelling and clean upon entering. There were wonderful views that looked better than the pictures. It was well-stocked and Angie replied right away when we had a question. Would definitely recommend to friends and family or stay here again!

We had a nice break at Joe's place- very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the lovely view during our dinners in the deck. Joe and Kate were very responsive and welcoming.

Great place to stay very private, Comfortable and so clean. Love the parking in the back of the home. Feel very safe literally home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone very family friendly. Will be booking again if available. Thank you for everything.

We so enjoyed our stay a Terra Cottage! My 7 year old said it was the best Airbnb ever! I really enjoyed the courtyard mornings with Thomas playing guitar, and the calm and peaceful evenings. Being dog friendly was a huge plus for our family. Everything was stocked as Sean said, the record player and TV access was a great bonus. I loved having a fully stocked kitchen to use and cook in. There is not a lot in town grocery or restaurant wise, but with our own planning we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Lovely and such a cute and private place! Tristan was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly! The place had all the amenities you could need and more-complete kitchen gadgets and utensils, TV, etc. Highly recommend staying here :)

I had a wonderful stay at Brittney's space - ideal for a weekend away. Her local recommendations were great and housing instructions very helpful due to google maps getting wonky. Brittney's space is serene, clean and beautiful. I loved her unique and plant happy space. Thank you for having me!

We had a great stay! The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Great Sand Dune National Park.

Great location to see the sand dunes. The view out the window and in the yard you can see the dunes! Place was very clean and host were available to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend!

Great spot! You can walk into town. I took my dogs for a short walk in the opposite direction of town and it was a nice walk with no one around.

We had a great stay! We arrived to find several deer resting in the lawn...made for some great pictures! The house was clean, inviting, and just as decsribed. It was nice to have a fully fenced backyard for our fur babies and the views from the back deck were incredible!! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the 1899 Inn. It’s right in town, spacious even with our big dog, and Anjilee was a great host.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and beautiful surroundings! Great place to stay if you are looking to visit the Sand Dunes. Friendly dogs who greet you each morning on your way out and love petting. Wonderful hosts! Private cozy space with all the basic amenities. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stay. Everyone felt the beds were particularly comfortable, the sheets and towels were nice and it was a very comfortable retreat. The setting is very peaceful.

A little slice of heaven couldn't be more accurate. This cabin was practically out of a dream for our big family to stay in and enjoy ourselves. I've never had such a well equipped kitchen at an air BNB and the house was equally as hospitable. Erin was also gracious enough to give us a late check out since we had a baby with us and we were trying to line up nap time.

Amazing place to go have some r&r I was here on business but I would love to bring my family at some point thank you Beth !!!

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

Overall this place was great and we would absolutely stay again. We didn't want to camp so this was the closest place to the Sand Dunes for our group. We had lots of space and everything was really great. It was a little hard to tell from the photos but there are 5 bedrooms upstairs - two queens, two single beds, one king in the master. Downstairs there is another room with a couch that folds into a bed that can be used as a bedroom. There is also the fold out couch in the living room too. Really great having so much space! One thing - we were cooking breakfast and set off the fire alarm. At first we didn't realize we could stop the alarm so it took a while to get it off. When cooking, make sure that you turn the vent on!

we stayed with our friends and our dogs. Ros's home is great! Close to so many things (the ziggurat, the Dunes, the town, alien watch tower, and the gator ranch), and perfect for relaxing in the evening and catching the stars (and maybe something extra 😉). The kitchen was definitely stocked and made it easy for us to prepare food which was really nice for us. The upstairs balcony was lovely. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Ros!

A work colleague and I were in town for about 10 days, and this was the perfect place to stay for us. We brought a lot of expensive equipment with us, and we had zero worries about it getting stolen. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood right at the edge of town. It was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly, asking us about what we were doing. The guest house was attached to the host's house, as described. However, the two houses are separated by the laundry room, and the noise insulation was very good. We didn't hear nor see the hosts once. I wouldn't think they were home if their cars weren't in the driveway. As just two work colleagues, we appreciated that the two bedrooms were separated by the bathroom, so we couldn't hear each other, and could easily go to sleep at separate times. We also very much appreciated that the bedrooms were in the basement, keeping the rooms nice and cool. Overall, I can't think of much I would've changed. Very nice stay.

Just like described in everyway. Beautiful landscapes all around. Very thoughtfully designed Airbnb. 15 miss drive to the local groceries and local restaurants (I believe has more than needed for basic necessities) I would love to go back

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. My Danilo was displaced due to a house fire. Randall made us feel comfortable like it was home away from home. It was much appreciated given our circumstances. His mom Rita was also very accomodating and kind. If i had to stay at an Airbnb again i would definitely choose this one and recommend it to anyone who is looking.

Our stay in Crestone was beautiful! There were six of us and this location was close enough to Great Sand Dunes National Park which was our main reason for coming here. We all had plenty of space for hanging out in shared spaces, cooking dinner, and outdoor lounging. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more especially for us since we cooked majority of our meals while staying here. The host was very kind, responsive, and let me know that she was available should we need anything. I highly recommend this space if you have a large group of people, for three couples we were very comfortable.

This place is super peaceful. Our cabin had a steam shower & sauna, this was so nice to have as this was a work trip. Bed was very comfortable. I Would highly recommend this place for a get out of the city & recharge getaway! Beautiful area. Thanks for hosting us Vivian.

We had such a great time at the enchanted Cabin! Kayla was super helpful and responsive from the time we booked all these way through us leaving. The cabin is exactly as described and we loved the location - we were able to drive in to get coffee and breakfast in the morning and then enjoy the sand dunes and hot springs in the afternoon. There is a good bit of driving involved to get to all these places, but that was clear when I made the booking. We enjoyed the hot tub and cozy home and my dog felt just as welcomed as we did! Would absolutely stay again.
