Located in the heart of downtown, shopping centers, markets, and grocery stores in town are all within 3-minute walking distance from the building. Stroll just 2 blocks to reach the nightlife, bars, and restaurants of action-packed 5th Avenue. Cabs are cheap especially if you speak spanish, the building is a 2 minute walk from 5th avenue, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes from the entertainment district, and 1-minute from the bus station to Cancun, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, and Tulum. Cheap car rental companies are just one street away as well. I believe in energy efficiency, and so tenants in my units pay their own electricity. The unit has two air conditioners and if they're used 24/7, this will add to costs, as Mexico employs an escalating electricity scale from 0.7-8.5 pesos/kwh. The more that is used each month, the higher the applied rate. At the start of each stay, a rental representative will show the initial meter number, and the number at the end of the stay. The difference is to be paid in cash at a rate of 4 pesos/kwh. Please conserve energy if you can. Laundry is free for guests staying a week or more, but must be activated at the front desk. Small building fee charged to short stay guests. If you want late check out, and it conflicts with the next check in, or the cleaning schedule, Carmen Sol Rentals reserves the right to charge $20 extra for the cleaning service's inconvenience. Just a few steps to Walmart and 7 min walking to 5th avenue and the beach. The apartment is located 1 floor up from ground floor. (1,5 floors from street level). The bedroom has a King size bed. Common area has gym, shared garage and rooftop pool. The size of the apartment is 57 m2 (608 sqft) with a private terrace. Wifi is fiber optic and speed 300 Mb.

Cool and modern studio , on the roof top floor, in the exclusive hotel zone, besides Hyatt Vivid and Wyndham Alltra. Walk to 5th Av. Incredible view of the sea, fresh breeze, and spectacular terrace with private tub (not heated) overlooking the sea. You would love the place! Studio is ideal for couples Jacuzzi outside is completely private for your enjoyment. Water is not heated, its ambient temp. To access you have to walk stairs (16 steps) to access, its not for people with incapacities
