Raices, original and colorful studio with terrace.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.

Outdoor half bathroom, 2 parking spaces, nearby Centro Maya Shopping Mall and Super Market. 5 minute walk to a 24 hr convenience store. 10 min drive to famous Mamita’s Beach. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning, roof fan, smart TV, full bathroom, closets, drawers.
