On the first floor, you enter the guest house in a spacious anteroom (open to the upper floor), which serves as a wardrobe. On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Total size approx. 140 m² (Shared use of the swimming area is permitted)

The house is perfect for up to 4 people as a holiday resort or for workation on the beautiful Wallersee. The house is right on the lake shore and offers all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the place. Relax on the terrace, in the garden, or in the yoga room with a lake view. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue grill. Stand-up paddleboards are available free of charge, and direct access to the lake creates a vacation feeling.
