The proximity to the exhibition center was the decisive factor for this apartment. Very good choice, it was clean and cozy. We only needed the two bedrooms. There would have been another good sleeping option in the living-dining room. Bathroom and toilet are in one room. There were only two of us, so that was no problem at all. The kitchen is very well equipped. Dishes, glasses, cooking appliances, electrical appliances - all visually appealing and in good and clean condition. One thing we found disturbing: the excessive use of fragrances (room scent and heavily perfumed linens) for us. We have discussed this with the landlady. If we arrive at the fair again next year, we would be very happy to spend the weekend again in this beautiful apartment.

Perfect getaway – the indoor pool is a dream! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From start to finish, this stay was amazing. The appartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity one could hope for. But the true highlight was the indoor pool. It was pristine and very comfortably heated. It is such a unique luxury to enjoy swimming in total privacy, no matter the weather. Alexander is super friendly and accommodating, welcoming and responsive, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches -from extra towels to the super sofa, everything is chosen with comfort in mind. The space was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Swimming under the skylights or a cozy movie night after a dip - or even in the pool - all is possible. And there are also beautiful walks nearby - if you can drag yourself away ;-) Thank you Alexander for making your appartment and pool available and this stay so special. See you soon again! :-)

I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful and clean place run by a warm family. The location was simply fantastic – quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony where we could enjoy the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The place was absolutely superbly clean. Check-in was also super nice. I felt very comfortable Maria's breakfast was a dream. You can tell that this was prepared with love. My requests (vegetarian) were also catered to. The whole place is designed with heart and extremely clean! There are a few minutes' walk from the apartment beautiful walking paths. I'd love to come back!

Very nice and clean place as described and shown in the photos. Well-equipped kitchen, only an oven was missing. We were 13 people and had rented the whole house. All the people could eat together comfortably at one table. Everything else was also very spacious. Communication with Sandra was great from the request to check-out and always very fast. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A very rustic cottage, which fully fulfills its purpose. There was everything you need in a vacation home. The weather was ordered sunny by the landlady. In short, it was a very relaxing few days. I'm sure to come again,but then with motorcycles , because of the scenery/routes. Best regards from Frankfurt.

we were a group of 6 people who only see each other once a year and we are really super glad we found this place. We had a lot of space, the house was clean and nicely decorated, there was everything you needed. The surroundings are beautiful, a little secluded, so you have your peace and quiet and have a fantastic walk and enjoy nature. In advance, we also got a lot of recommendations from Alexander on what to do and where to eat, which was really super nice. We can really only recommend this place, we were just thrilled from front to back. :)

The apartment is very spacious, three large bedrooms, kitchen-living room with large dining table. Everything new and modern. Kitchen appliances are great. Great shower in the bathroom. A separate toilet would have been even more optimal, so only one person could use the bathroom/toilet at a time. The stairs to the 1st floor are quite narrow, which was a challenge for our senior over 80 years old, but a railing is available. The residential area is very quiet, parking in front of the house is great. There are several supermarkets in the area. We are very satisfied!

We met with university friends over Easter in Karlsruhe and stayed in Nathalie and Philipp's apartment. We enjoyed it very much! In total, there were 9 of us, including 5 children. Here the apartment convinced across the board, with a pool table, dart board and jacuzzi, there was no boredom. We especially liked the view from the roof terrace in the evening (sunsets). Directly opposite you can shop at Lidl or Netto, the bus connection to the city is good. The building itself is a bit outdated (commercial building), but the apartment itself is tip top! Thanks Nathalie and Philipp.

It was really a very lovingly decorated place to our taste. It was thought from the beginning what a family with two small children needed everything. We recommend it.

We loved this apartment. It had everything we needed for our family of four - and was right in the heart of the old town. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed in this AirBnB for two months and had a great experience. The apartment is on the 7th floor, with a great view. There is big elevator to get there. There are laundry premises (coin-operated washers and dryers) on the 3rd floor, right off the elevator. The laundry room does not have a change machine, so you need to come with correct change. The apartment is well-stocked and you won't need to buy things like silverware, drying rack for your clothes, umbrella, frying pans, etc - everything was included. There was never, ever an issue with noise of any kind, even though I made a quite a lot of noise in the afternoons as an opera singer. There is fast WiFi, and a nice TV. Having the sheets changed weekly was a big bonus. The best part of this rental is Dietmar - he is there when you need him, never intrusive, and very responsive. He is an honest person, with no fuss or drama - everything is exactly as advertised. You can trust him, and that counts for a lot.

Highly recommended, beautiful place, great location, very clean apartment. Quiet place, perfect for a good night of sleep. Alex was very responsive, good communication. Not an issue, but for elderly people or people with mobility restrictions, the stairs might be a problem. We would stay there again for sure.

We visited my parents and stayed three nights in Georg and Jana's apartment. And what can I say? We have rarely had such a beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Everything was just right, and we can fully recommend the apartment. We would come back back. ☺️
