The Flat sits just above our restaurant Sgt Peppers. The flat is family friendly, welcoming and homely. It carries on the vibe of the restaurant downstairs, decorated with a love for 70s music and film memorabilia. It's super central, placed in the heart of the town close to all amenities, with Tescos just a 3 minute walk away and the train station just a 10 minute walk away. All guests will get a 10% discount from our restaurant when they stay with us!

Seashells is a beautiful seafront apartment with amazing views over the Estuary. Sit back and watch the ships sail past or cross the road and you are on the beach. We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go that evening, the place is a conversion of the ground floor house and there is one room that connects but was locked for the entirety of our stay. The room and shower room was clean, slippery floor but slippers are provided. We did notice some ants but at the end of our stay. Good value for money, would stay again.

Wonderful Burnham riverside flat - gorgeous views!

Tims flat in Burnham on Crouch was ideal for our stay as we were visiting to do some sailing. If were sailing in the area again we will look to see if his flat is available, we really liked it and the views of the river were really good as it's on the 3rd floor of the apartment block. Parking wasn't too bad, thankfully, as we had two cars and a lot of sailing gear to unload. Many thanks for the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Nezam's place – it truly felt like a home away from home! The convenience of having parking for three cars in the back was a huge plus, and the house itself was consistently well-maintained. Our only minor feedback was regarding some of the kitchenware, which could use an upgrade, and we did end up buying a few cleaning supplies to keep things tidy. We also noticed the fridge temperature didn't seem to be keeping things cool and might need to be checked. Despite these small points, we had a wonderful time and would happily book again in the future.
