Monthly Rentals in Wall Township

Great location for Asbury Park. Free on street parking was an easy one block flat walk away. Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette was perfect, washing machines and dyers were one room away. Shower was hot and strong. No issues with communication, access to room and great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! Everything was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to all the beaches while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Andrea was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

From the beginning the hosts were super nice and always addressed whatever we asked of them. Which wasn’t much because the place was awesome. The place was beautiful and in a great location. We would definitely stay again and would recommend them to anyone. A wonderful holiday stay. Thank you Saltwater for being great hosts!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rich's place. Rich was extremely friendly and accommodating. The place is a separate guesthouse in the backyard of his own home. I was able to enjoy my own living space with a bathroom and full kitchen. Grocery stores were within driving distance, and the beach is only a few blocks away. You can walk to the beach if the day is nice! Rich gave great recommendations for restaurants. I would stay there again, for sure.
