Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

It stands in the middle of the orchard: our vacation home in Schwallenbach / 5 min to Spitz center. The Danube with a fine sandy beach in front of the door (40 m) - the vineyards behind the house. The house can accommodate 4 people - the house has recently been completely renovated. On 2 floors you will find: 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, magnificent views & balcony - 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet - cozy living-dining kitchen with beautiful terrace & view of the Danube. Ideal for cyclists - lockable garage -

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Am nebenliegenden Schacherteich und den angrenzenden Bundesforsten kommen nicht nur (zukünftige) Hobbyfischer/innen, sondern auch alle Naturliebhaber/innen auf ihre Kosten. Egal ob für kurze Wochenendausflüge oder längere Aufenthalte; als Familientrip, Pärchen-Getaway oder eine Auszeit allein - dieses kleine Häuschen hat für jede Kombi etwas zu bieten.

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just time all to yourself, you've come to the right place! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby/guest bed in the bedroom if required. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is located in the middle of an organically cultivated 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Rosenburg Cottage with private garden sauna

Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Time out from everyday life

Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN in the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price; if needed, please contact us. For NÖ-Card holders, but also for those without a card, we are very centrally located for various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens, and much more. The house is alive, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybugs) are possible.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

House and garden is for your exclusive and sole use! Our romantic, over 300-year-old country house is situated in a sunny position on a hill near the Danube and the idyllic Danube lake. The unique cultural landscape of the Wachau with gentle hills, fields and meadows invites you to relax and enjoy. Swimming, water sports, cycling / mountain biking, hiking, fishing and many cultural activities nearby.

Relax in this perfect SUITE, sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The property is located in the middle of Krems. 500m from the train station and 400m from Krems city center. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. Free parking available in front of the house, diagonally across the street, and around the green island. 5G Wi-Fi!!! As well as a bicycle parking space in the yard.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!
