Klidná lokalita kousek od turistických tras v České Kanadě. Venkovní terasa s výhledem na vodu je top. Majitelé byli moc milí, hezky nás přivítali a zároveň jsme měli naprosté soukromí. Ubytování je vhodné i pro pejsky, jen pozor pokud máte menšího psa. Mříže na brance jsou dost široké a naše fenka se nimi protáhla ven. Naštěstí je další branka i dole, takže pejsek nemůže utéct z pozemku. Jinak není co vytknout. Krásně čisto a pobyt byl bez chybičky.

Moc jsme si pobyt s rodinou užili. Skvělé místo pro pejsky. Hned za apartmánem velká louka. A do Budějovic je to kousek.

One of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. Loved the area, we had a car so it made travel very easy to the closest park and ride where we parked and took the train into Vienna town center. The local town is charming and even had their own intimate charming Christmas market. our host Deter was also very kind and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. This is a great place with tons of space and a real sense of tranquility. Highly recommend and would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the back pond, yard and amenities.

Es war wunderschön in Klement! Hans war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend war extrem leise, die Sterne waren wunderschön. Leider gibt es wenig Unternehmensmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Aber das Naturerlebnis ist super. Der Preis ist etwas hoch für 1 Zimmer.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die wundervoll gelegen ist und einen traumhaften Ausblick ins Grüne verspricht. In der Wohnung fehlt es einem an nichts - es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas und Claudia war prima - sehr proaktiv seitens der Gastgeber, so dass sich quasi keine Fragen ergeben haben. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Krásné, čisté ubytování v nádherné lokalitě. Majitelé bydlí naproti, jsou velmi milí a vstřícní a hodně jim záleží na tom, aby se u nich hosté cítili dobře. Velmi jsme ocenili dobře vybavenou letní kuchyni a velkou zahradu s ohništěm, grilem i dětským hřištěm! Rádi se sem v budoucnu vrátíme!

This my was first visit to Vienna to visit my daughter who is studying in Gaming. We enjoy cities, but prefer to stay in quiet areas. Claudia's place was perfect! The walk to the tram was short and the area is beautiful. It was lovely place to be after a the business of the City Centre. I highly recommend staying here.
