Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das liebevoll restaurierte Cottage mit Kamin,Fussbodenheizung,Beamer und grossem Panoramafenster wurde zu einem preisgekrönten Studio umgebauten und bietet Platz für Paare, Freunde und Familien mit Kindern ab 6 Jahren sowie für Yogagruppen und Workshops. Ruhe, Weite, Inspiration! Für kreatives Arbeiten und zum Erholen traumhaft gelegen. Unweit Berlin (1h), mitten im Naturschutzgebiet liegt die historische königliche Oberförsterei fast in Einzellage. Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Uckermark idyll complete

Renovated farmhouse with huge garden, fire pit and lake view in the middle of the Uckermark. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. By opening the connecting doors you get a spacious house for up to 8 people.
