Vacation rentals with a patio in Waldkirchen

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

The apartment is very modern and newly furnished and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even bathrobes and children's toys available. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in your bathrobe via the hallway and staircase or elevator and not have to leave the building. We can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

Beautiful and affordable place, would recommend if staying in linz.

Good stay for the price

Great, centrally located, well-equipped apartment with promising balconies! The apartment was a great base for our marathon weekend in Linz! Everything is great, happy to come again!

The place was super nice, we felt very comfortable. You can go hiking from there, the highlight was the sunset that you could see perfectly from the balcony in the evening. Can only recommend the apartment.

We really enjoyed the days at Angelika's and her family's farm. Above all, the kids particularly liked the possibility to play outside right in front of the cabin and jump on the trampoline, so we were just on the farm for two days of our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride ponies, feed sheep and chickens and even help out in the pasture when there was work to be done. Thanks for the nice days :)!

The accommodation in Bayrisch Eisenstein is a dream.. the house is wonderfully renovated and with the oven and kitchen the favorite place was immediately found. Diana was a very nice host before, during and on departure. The area is just great for all nature lovers (there starts the national park directly) and the Kramerladen in the village is a sensation. It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it felt cozy but spacious for our family of 5 🙂. The cabin was located within the beautiful Bavarian forest, not far from local amenities. The beds were comfy and the house was well heated. Overall we had a great time at Ferdinand's place. 10/10 would recommend and would consider returning in the future 😊.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We stayed here in Bodenmais for about a week and felt very comfortable. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Arrival, stay and check-out were uncomplicated, very friendly and very pleasant. The ski resort on the Großer Arber is perfect for families. The area offers many excursion options for all ages. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Annette's apartment! Above all, we liked the large windows and the balcony overlooking nature, the kitchen and the fireplace. There are hiking trails on site, e.g. to the Weißenstein castle ruin. We had a very relaxing time and will be back.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.

Franziska's place came as listed. The kitchen was well equipped and had the essentials. the appartment was quite spacious and well laid out. The neighborhood was quite but still only a 10 minute walk to the center. Franziska was very flexible and responsive to our enquiries. I would highly recommend.

A cozy and nicely furnished smaller place with a large balcony and parking right in front of the house. The ski resort Velký Javor is less than 10 minutes by car.
