Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Eine eigene, schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Super ruhig und naturnah gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht vom geräumigen Südbalkon. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badezimmer mit moderner Dusche und Badewanne. Wir lieben Tiere und haben daher Hühner, Enten und Katzen auf unserem Grundstück. This house is suitable for 5 people (fitters, vacationers, travelers). It is in a nature park and climatic health resort between Waldkirchen and Hauzenberg in the Bavarian Forest! Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
