Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

The "casa wii is a fine, cozy and pleasant apartment in a very quiet location. The slopes are just a few kilometers from your retreat, which you can reach by bus but also easily by car. Right in front of the casa wii is the cross-country ski route and the winter hiking trail, where you can do your laps athletically but also elegantly. We had a truly wonderful stay at the beautiful apartment ! The house was gorgeous -clean, stylish, and full of light, with a breathtaking view that made every morning feel magical. The location was ideal quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What made this stay even more special was our amazing host. We came with our 2.7 year-old daughter, and she went above and beyond by bringing toys and games to make her feel at home. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made our stay incredibly comfortable and family-friendly. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children). Sonja welcomed us right away in a friendly and cheerful manner. We felt right at home. A swimming lake was only 10 minutes away by car. It was also just a stone's throw to Hohenwerfen Castle, where we enjoyed a great castle tour with a subsequent bird of prey show. The rooms and amenities of the vacation home were great! We had everything you need. The whole family was very friendly and provided us with tips for excursions, as well as additional amenities! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

The property is 15 minutes by bus from the Obertauern ski resort, good connection by bus. We were also able to make great use of the break day from skiing (walk to a small gorge and small waterfall). Manuela was super accessible, super friendly and flexible in everything, thank you very much! We were very pleased!
