Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Für unsere Apartments im Herzen des Ortes und direkt neben dem Naturschutzgebiet brauchen wir kein Restaurant, keine Bar und keinen Roomservice im Haus, da alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist und jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack und sein Budget finden kann. Im Gegensatz dazu wollen wir mit Stil und Komfort punkten. Somit auch kein schlechtes Gewissen mehr für alle Langschläfer, die regelmäßig im Urlaub das teure Frühstück verschlafen.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

Ich kann mich den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen, es war alles top! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und super ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, es ist aber mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar. Insbesondere sind Seilbahnen und Wanderwege für Familien in maximal 10 Minuten erreichbar, in jede Richtung. Besonderes erwähnenswert ist in diesem Zusammenhang, dass im Preis der Wohnung die Sommercard der Region inkludiert ist - was kostenlose Seilbahnfahrten jeden Tag und den Besuch eines Schwimmbades für uns bedeutete. Könnte nicht besser sein! :) Vielen Dank, Theresia, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unserer 7-köpfigen Familie (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Sonja hat uns gleich freundlich und gut gelaunt Empfangen. Haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Ein Badesee war mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch zur Burg Hohenwerfen war es nur ein Katzensprung, bei der wir eine tolle Burgbesichtigung mit anschließender Greifvogelshow genossen. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses waren super! Wir hatten alles was man braucht. Die ganze Familie war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge, sowie zusätzlicher Ausstattung versorgt! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Családi kikapcsolódásként töltöttünk 3 éjszakát két nagyobb gyermekünkkel ezen a fantasztikus helyen. Az apartman igazán tiszta, tágas, kényelmes, földszinti elhelyezkedésű. Theresa mindig nagyon segítőkészen azonnal válaszolt mindent kérdésünkre. A hely nagyon jó kiindulás pont a környék felfedezésére.

Die Unterkunft ist 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Skigebiet Obertauern entfernt, gute Anbindung mit dem Bus. Auch den Pause Tag vom Ski fahren konnten wir super gut nutzen (spazieren zu einer kleinen Schlucht und kleinem Wasserfall). Manuela war super erreichbar, super freundlich und flexibel in allem, vielen lieben Dank dafür! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
