We stayed at the place for 3 months, and the entire stay was very enjoyable. • The apartment looks even better in person than in the photos – it’s very cozy. • The kitchen is very well-equipped. • The owners are very kind and extremely helpful. • The area is very nice – located near a Nature Park. Shops are nearby, with good transportation links to Tübingen and Stuttgart.

Very nice contact. We had booked the place in a business context 2 times for a period of several months. Both employees were completely satisfied. The location is rural - larger cities in the area such as Metzingen and Stuttgart are best reached by car. The place matches the photos in the listing, is well maintained and has everything you need. If something is missing or if you have any other questions, Marcel and his wife will be happy to help. They also live in the same house. A clear recommendation from us!

Communication with Konstanze was pleasant, quick and friendly. The clean apartment - half in the basement, but with sufficient light - offers generous space for 2 people. Pretty bathroom, the other rooms functional. Parking was easy to find in the residential area within a 3-minute walk. The place is located in the approach path of Stuttgart Airport, which you can hear, of course. For a shorter stay, the apartment is a great choice. For us personally, it was great that we were able to enter the apartment before the specified check-in time. And that I was able to stay in the apartment suitable for 2 adults with my two children (4, 5), which worked out perfectly for us for one night. Thank you, Konstanze, for your openness!
