Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wake Forest

WOW! This was the BEST AirBnB property I have EVER stayed in! Firstly, the host Mike was a great communicator who provided details in advance as well as instructions on leaving the property. Secondly, the home is immaculate! The owners have restored the home (beautifully done) but also made it quite high tech. The pictures do not do the property justice. It is simply draw-dropping beautiful and quaint. Next, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Mike left us with snacks, coffee, and even toiletries. I am accustomed to purchasing these items when using AirBnB, so this made my trip even easier. My husband and I are already talking about when we can get back to this fantastic property. I imagine with two wedding venues nearby, it should book very quickly. Thank you, Mike, for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We used the fire pit to make s’mores, which was a great experience. It felt like home. Everything in the house was nice and comfortable. It was in a great area, close to everything. I definitely Would recommend booking this Airbnb.

What a great place! Everything was clean and described perfectly. In town for a wedding, so this place was awesome to return to and relax. Easily accessible to everything that we needed. Javoris and JaNadia were very welcoming, had great communication, and obviously took pride in this home. If another trip to Raleigh is in our future, we would rent this home again in a heartbeat

Natalie’s place worked out very well for my family and friends. The location is within 5 minutes of downtown Raleigh. The hidden gem is the trail access super close to the house. The house gave us the perfect amount of space for 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids). Quiet and away from busy roads. I was v impressed with the kitchen. Thankful that we had an opportunity to stay here and hope we can stay here again on next trip to Raleigh.

Such a great home with stunning views! We came to visit family in the Briar Chapel area and wanted to be able to cook. Between the well equipped kitchen and the gas grill, we were in business. We saw fireflies while making s’mores in the firepit. Morning coffee was taken on the covered patio with many cardinals. The inside was thoughtfully appointed with attention to small details. The variety of sleeping arrangements met our needs. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. Heather was a great host who communicated well.

Home was as described, clean, and location was quiet. Autumn was extremely kind anytime I messaged her which was the best part. ❤️ We really ended up not needing so much space for the kind of trip we were on but I would absolutely stay here again if we return for a more relaxed visit.

For my first time being in North Carolina, it truly helped elevate the experience with such a beautiful location filled with trees surrounding and nature. Mohmeet was always responsive and attentive to anything I needed and worked their best to provide the very best. Price was also amazing, thank you for making my first time in North Carolina much more memorable for me and my partner! ❤️

I loved everything about Jeanette's tiny house AirBnB. I felt inspired to have stayed there for three nights. I got a lot of work accomplished for my clients while staying there. As well as now feeling rested and ready for the next leg of my journey. Even the exterior and interiordesign of this tiny house inspired me. I hope one day I'll be able to design and build something that evokes the same feeling of spaciousness in such a small space—perhaps as a studio for my creative projects that might also double as a place where my visitors might stay. Highly recommended!

Eight of us rented this house for a book club 20th anniversary celebration. It is an older building, but has been beautifully renovated and modernized. The kitchen was well-equipped, including basic supplies and the entire place was immaculate. I believe this is the first Airbnb I have rented that had enough towels for everyone. It also had a lovely back porch for morning coffee and adequate parking. The owners answered any questions almost immediately in addition to providing detailed information about the house and Durham on their Airbnb page. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Durham.

Perfect place to stay! The unit is in a quiet friendly community. The apartment unit, workout room, and pool areas were amazing and clean. Restaurants and shopping were close. Any questions we had were addressed promptly.

Great stay with a rustic experience. Loved hearing the rooster when i arrived and the frogs at night. The Magnolia tree smells amazing. Definitely off thr beaten path and a great get away for fast paced city folks. The studio had some many detailed touches and was very nice!

We were happy to find this rental on a busy graduation weekend. The place is beautiful and clean with all the essentials. Most important to me-- the bed was a super comfy king with great linens. The bathroom and kitchen were also great and the location was quiet, in a transitional neighborhood. Some places renovated, some awaiting a re-do. The entrance is at the rear of the house and feels safe and private.

Peaceful, private and clean. Met expectations and then some. We really enjoyed ourselves, as did our dog, and appreciate hosts allowing our furry best friend to be with us. Beautiful field and natural surroundings. A lovely escape. Road noise is detectable as per the information, but did not detract from our experience. The sound of songbirds in the morning was heavenly. Saw a Carolina Wren sitting on five eggs in its nest. Excellent communication via messages and written and app instructions. Love the outdoor lights. Very impressed the owners are aware of nature’s need of darkness, so turned off outdoor lights when not in use (outdoor lights confuse migratory birds, for example) and felt safe. Hoping to return soon!

This was not my first stay at the Scout House, and it will not be my last. Everything about it is perfection - from the location, to the property, to the sensational hosts (Marie & BJ). My stay was delightful in every way and I cannot wait to return!

If I could give this property and management 10 stars I would! The house Is quaint and surrounded by trees. It has two large screened porches with plenty of seating. It is the epitome of peacefulness. You feel like you are alone in the woods but you are only 5 or 10 minutes from everything!! The owners were so very responsive and helpful. They are really kind people. We stayed two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

Peter & Jenny were gracious and generous hosts. The surroundings were lovely and serene. Walks in the woods surrounded by God’s beautiful creation were a special treat. We would love to have an opportunity to return!

Great location! Loved the property and peacefulness of the River and tranquility of every view and fire pit.

This was truly a stunning cabin. The pictures did not do it justice. There are some chickens on the property which was the highlight of the trip for my two sons. My oldest was able to catch fish in the lake. Ben gave very detailed instructions on how to find the cabin and even left us some fresh eggs in the fridge. He responded quickly to my questions. The house was stocked with all needed amenities and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cabin is in a beautiful secluded spot but still very close to the places we wanted to see in Raleigh and Durham. We had a great stay here and would absolutely book again.

This house had all the “things” that you forgot and needed! Lots of special touches. We loved the swing in the living room right by the window! Very private and quiet but also very easy to find. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Stunning home and property - we spent the majority of our time outside. We particularly loved fishing the pond. Hosts are proactively communicative and also respond quickly to any requests or needs. If we’re ever back in the area we look forward to staying again.
