For our team building weekend this was the perfect cottage. Clean, lots of place, nice rooms, nice terrace... Definitely worth booking this!

Very welcoming host, very pleasant, spacious accommodation, in the heart of a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Many walks are possible around, and the accommodation contains many choices of games / activities. I would highly recommend it!

Great stay in a peaceful remote area. O I do recommend coming by car as the supermarket and activities are bot close by plus it is a great ride to the village through the forest. We loved our stay here, the sauna made it a great place to stay after the mountainbiken ride. Has all the basics you need, nice living room, big space, enough for a nice group stay!!

Perfect for our group!

We had the best time in this beautiful house with a group of friends. The house looks like in the pictures. You can reach Spa easily by foot and the surrounding is stunning. The communication with Alexandre was very easy and he arranged a perfect weekend program for us. I would definitely recommend this house for further group trips!

We had a lovely stay with 2 families. 5 children between 4-9 years. We hit it with the weather and there is extensive football in the lovely garden. Beautifully located, near the forest. The house has all the comforts; from games to ultra organized garage. Very clear, but many, instructions before , during and upon departure. In particular, all the cleaning instructions at the end were a bit overwhelming, if you're also packing up, and paying an 85€ cleaning fee. In our opinion, that was not quite proportionate. Overall still a good value for money for a top weekend away with 2 families! A found item was reported and sent neatly, for which thank you!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The location was perfect: quiet, yet close to major cities such as Maastricht and Valkenburg. The host was kind, helpful and available. Highly recommended and we'd love to come back!

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

The house is really spacious, we enjoyed with a group of 20 persons. check in/out was really easy and timings were flexible which helped since we were delayed. location was perfect for us just 5 minutes drive from Radhadesh. Definitely recommended for a large group.

We spent 4 beautiful days with 9 people including a child in this accommodation! Positive: great communication, nice host, very clean, super well equipped, nice lounge Negative: in total only two toilets available (there are a total of two bathrooms : a bathroom without toilet, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet) , the bathroom with toilet is coupled with one bedroom, which is why we could usually only use the separate toilet, because otherwise we always had to walk through the coupled bedroom to get to the bathroom. The upper floor consists of two rooms and in the "hallway" upstairs (through room) there is a sofa bed. This is not a private room, but is referred to here as the 5th bedroom with sofa bed. And: on the upper floor there is neither a bathroom nor a toilet (!) These are things you should know (especially when traveling with a large group). Otherwise, we were completely satisfied!

It was all exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent stay for group of friends or large family in a peaceful village near Durbuy. It's a very large house, all the rooms have a private bathroom and there is a well-equiped kitchen. We could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! There is a sauna, so ideal to relax as adult and a trampoline children can enjoy!

We had a great Easter family holiday together. The layout of the house worked very well for us. The clever use of putting bathrooms between bedrooms meant that nobody was disturbed even though we had a 2.5 month old and a 15 month old. The garden was lovely for the small dog and the 4 year old. The BBQ worked well. Lots of printed instructions about how to use certain items. The safety aspects; instructions, alarms, extinguishers were very professional. Plenty of seating and a wonderful dining table. I'm sure Steven will have corrected the address by now but it is 14A not 14. My daughter was confused for a while when she stopped at 14 as it did not look like any of the photos! We had pizzas from WoodPizza in Coo one evening. Then lunch at Le Vert de Pommier in La Gleize another day. I really recommend this amazing peaceful house.

Great nice big house with many facilities, wonderfully rural location. Very suitable for trips in the North Ardennes, Eifel (Monschau), Aachen and Maastricht. Sabine is super attentive and flexible. Sincerely recommended!

I was very happy with our stay in Malmedy at Patrick's accomodation. Everything we needed was there, and for any questions Patrick was available. Patrick was even very accomodating with regards to a mistake made from our side. Would definitely recommend!

Nice house for a large group. Jacuzzi pool just great for kids and hot tub + sauna with view for adults! Different spaces and play equipment, just perfect to enjoy! And lots of nice walks in the area... What more could you ask for? Indeed, slight smell in the bathroom but not at all invasive... Great stay, we recommend it!

Wonderful surroundings and fantastic living room with piano. And lovely pool.

We had an awesome time at this villa. Awesome pool, big garden & a good bbq for the sunny days. A large comfy couch, big tv, and spacious living room & kitchen for the rainy days. Was perfect for a group of friends
