Tiny house vacation rentals in Waikato

Well located within a few mins drive from the marina - that’s where you have all the Lake Taupo boat cruises launching from . Well appointed unit and adequate space for a couple on a short visit . We also appreciate the basic breakfast supplies that Mel included with the stay . All in all , we have a very comfortable 1 night stay and are glad we booked this place .

Set in a beautiful peaceful spot. Not your typical air b&b, well suited to the outdoorsy type

Caron was very easy to deal with and so friendly and accommodating. I was left free range eggs and an ample supply of feijoas from her lushious feijoa tree. It was so peaceful therenand what a gorgeous area Waihi is. My baby girl and I walked around and we had guinea pigs, bunnies, birds, chickens, ducks and ducklings all around to admire and observe. Loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks Caron.

The rimu hut absolutely exceeded our expectations! Stunningly built, incredibly characterful and everything very well thought through. Beautiful location, we’re so grateful we got to stay here and can’t wait to come back again.

Fabulous little cottage with everything we needed. Kitchen was tiny but practical - fun cooking toast and boiling the kettle on the gas hob. We really enjoyed doing the Misty Mountain hikes around the covenants on the farm - was a challenging path (especially for our 5 year old) but a great adventure with amazing views

the place was very peaceful and quiet for a get away. very friendly host and Mr Berry the host cat came around for snacks and pets . awesome experience. thank you Caroline 🌺

Fantastic hidden spot. Beautifully designed and private guest house. Accurate description of the house and clear instructions provided for access. I would absolutely recommend this venue for anyone wanting accommodation in the village. The spa pool was a glorious indulgence needed after our hike across the Tongariro crossing. The house was very close to the shuttle drop off point which was a bonus! Thanks again Megan for the stay x

Loved stylish studio & indoor-outdoor flow, location & tranquil setting. Lovely bthrm products! Neat coffee machine & pods, albeit, I never took the time to figure out how to use. The only downside; When I was preparing for bed, I noticed small faded stain spots on the bottom sheet which prompted me to inspect the rest of the bedding. Upon lifting the bottom sheet partially to avoid messing up bed & having to make bed up again, I found an unacceptable amount of hairs, indicating that the mattress protector had not been washed and changed. While the sheets initially appeared clean, this raised concerns for me to inspect further. Cleanliness/hygiene/comfort, especially re bedding, is very important to me. I believe that thorough inspections prior to guest arrivals are crucial, particularly if cleaning services are employed. The lovely hosts remade bed the next day. The linen & cotton fibres didn't feel soft against my skin, felt a wee bit scratchy. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Close to Raglan to nip into town but the cabin is a little private world of its own nestled next to huge trees with bush outlook. Cosy, super comfortable and the outdoor bath is amazing. The perfect restful retreat — would visit again for sure!

Michele's place was exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. I have no hesitation recommending the Master's Chambers for any couple visiting Katikati.

My wife and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Andrew's place! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. His place was absolutely pristine and perfectly as described in the listing. The place is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice! My wife and I booked this for a 2 night stay for our honeymoon. The views were breathtaking and the house was beautiful. We fully enjoyed the outdoor tubs and feeding the friendly llamas. Steph and James were very responsive and gave us great recommendations. we hope to come back again!

Easy to find, clean, and quiet. Just, what we needed for the first two nights in NZ. Important enough, there are two spades there, to go to the hot beach and dig your hot pool. Noel provided some fruit for us kiwifruit and feijoa - Thank you! There are so many things to do in the Coromandel area. We should have stayed longer, but so many things to see in NZ, so we said good bye to Noel too soon and went on our way.

Enjoyed a night away with my wife in this awesome cabin . Clean and tidy . Outdoor bath was perfect . Private space with lots of little add ons like muesli for breakfast , brownie and even bath salts . Corrie was helpful and responsive. Would 100% recommend choosing this spot for a getaway from all the hustle and bustle !

Such a beautiful stay. The hosts were lovely & left fruit & other snacks for us to enjoy which was such a thoughtful touch. The bed was so comfy & the home was very clean. We had everything we needed with the beach close by. Thanks so much !

The cabin was perfect - squeaky clean, had all listed amenities and a very good vibe. You can tell it’s been built with a lot of thought, it’s the first place where the outside seating had a lot of cover from the rain which was perfect for the day. Steven was great, when I asked if there’s any fan available since it was a bit hot he popped by with a fan in less than a minute. Would definitely stay again!

A retreat made for pure relaxation. Angelee and Adam have created an amazing space. Beautiful fresh flowers, coffee, milk, card games, and most importantly the hot water beach essentials! As hosts, I couldn't have asked for anyone better, thanks for being so accommodating, you're beautiful messages and suggestions of places to visit, eat and relax were very much appreciated. The treehut was everything and so much more than I expected, I can't wait to come back!
