Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Direct connection to Zurich Central Station (About 20 minutes) Zurich Airport (about 45'). Close to the highways. The apartment is located very close to shopping and restaurants, all amenities in walking distance. One comfortable Queen size bed (160cm), bathroom with washer and dryer, kitchen, internet. Ideal for business people visiting for extended periods of time.
