Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

It is a more than 200-year-old Heimatschutzhaus in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. Elevated above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountain and valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes peace and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you will enjoy privacy and absolute seclusion. Perfect for switching off and recharging.

The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.
