My group and I had an incredible stay at Chee and Taras’ place! From the moment we booked, communication with them was smooth, prompt, and stress-free. Check-in was effortless, and the house itself was clean, beautifully styled, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Chee and Taras truly went above and beyond with the thoughtful touches throughout. From providing pantry staples in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and toiletries; to a downstairs speaker, extra linens, blankets, and pillows; a prepared fireplace with firewood and clear sauna instructions — everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The house is also very spacious. With a group of 12 adults, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. Overall, we had an amazing time and I’d absolutely recommend Chee and Taras’ place to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the area.

Sam was very responsive and provided excellent instructions before our stay. The house fit the online description to perfection and the surrounding scenery will impress anyone fortunate enough to book Watson's. Between six of us, there was plenty of room and it was extremely affordable. We were here for a weekend of trout fishing and the location was perfect. An entry point to the Delatite River is just a short walk to the house where we saw fish and landed a good rainbow. We fished about a 4km stretch of the river over the weekend for about 6 trout and plenty of hook-ups that ended with fish spitting the hook before they could be landed. For wildlife enthusiasts, plenty of kangaroos, deer and birdlife will keep you entertained. Will definitely consider booking again for another fishing weekend.

Absolutely magnificent place. I could not quite believe that view every morning. And the birds! I sat on the porch with my binoculars and managed to catch sight of the lesser seen Eastern rosellas, spinebills, and a confident little shrike! Peta and Dieter were so friendly and accommodating and helped us settle in straight away. The place was so cosy and warm, I could have stayed another week if not just to wake up with the birds every morning. We were also greeted by a couple of gorgeous dogs, and the chickens came to say hello every day! Great value for money. We really hope to be back, it is such a special place with a wonderful energy. We had such a wonderful time staying on the property! It was so peaceful and a beautiful spot to walk around - very interesting, being a working vineyard. The location was perfect for us as a much needed relaxing get away along with being able to drive short distance to visit local restaurants, wineries and sites - a standout being Paradise Falls! We had a great tasting on site at the cellar door too! 👏🏼 Bianca was lovely to deal with and the home was very well equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The dogs were a perfect addition & we were thrilled we were able to bring our well behaved pooch with us too! Thanks again - highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back 🙏🏼🌸
