Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. Dream apartment in a Bavarian country house between Tegernsee and Bad Tölz. Enjoy the evening sun on your own terrace and relax, play or have a barbecue in your own garden. The apartment has a new, fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room and a large bedroom with its own attached bathroom. The entire apartment (including the bathroom) has no thresholds and is barrier-free and fits up to five people (of which one child in a cot).

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
