"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Unfortunately, the display had to be deleted and reactivated.

Baltic Sea vacation in the old dairy barn/shell seeker

The Alte Melkhaus is located on the Schwansen Peninsula, just outside Kleinwaabs overlooking fields that easily descend to the Baltic Sea. We have two lovingly furnished apartments – some with great views of Eckernförde Bay – and a large, beautifully landscaped property that has a lot to offer for children with swings, sandbox and trampoline. Also ideal for spending a vacation with several friends/families.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a light blue and white patterned duvet. A chair in a muted green hue adds a pop of color, while a large window offers views of the surrounding landscape and natural light.

Eckernförde and Kappeln are each only 15 km away, the Baltic Sea beach is 3 km away, the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, with numerous leisure activities, 7 km.
