Our maritime furnished apartment, about 30 m² plus terrace, is located in Eckernförde. The center and Borbyer beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers will feel at home with us. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality and comfortable foldaway bed (1.60 x 2 m). The coffee maker has been replaced by a fully automatic coffee machine. There are sufficient coffee beans in the apartment.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini village". Four families live with us, with a total of five children, as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two and four-legged friends run free on the premises, there are no fences or gates with us.

Hygge house by the sea - vacation home Eckernförder Bay

We (a family with 2 children/teenagers) spent the week before Easter in Elke's vacation home in Großwaabs. The house and garden are really beautifully prepared, with many cozy and comfortable places and corners. Everything is very clean and functional: There really is every amenity you could need for a vacation stay. We found it practical that spices, oil and vinegar are available. This saves a lot of shopping and transportation costs. In our opinion, traveling by public transport is recommended. This is very well organized: During the week, buses run every hour from/to Großwaabs. This allows almost all excursions to be planned without any problems. The Baltic Sea and the neighboring village of Damp are within easy walking distance of the house. Our highlight: On Easter Sunday morning, a little bunny hopped through the garden and could be observed through the window. Conclusion: We had wonderful days and will definitely be back.

The apartment is really nice and personally furnished. It was very nice to have extensive amenities, including small extras such as tea, oil, soap, shampoo, etc. The private parking space for the car at the apartment is also very good. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back 🤗

Very cozy, idyllic apartment with cabin feeling on the edge of the forest. Perfect for a break in the countryside and nature to escape the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located in a yard with very nice, helpful neighbors. There are also nice walks on the water, the Schlei is within walking distance. We also felt very comfortable in the apartment itself. Had a super relaxing, beautiful time there.

We had a wonderful time in Stefan's tiny house and will definitely come back! It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time in nature. Both the accommodation and the outdoor kitchen are well equipped. Not far away, there is a beautiful route for jogging, first through forest and meadows, then to the Baltic Sea and along the sandy beach. We also recommend the farm's own honey. See you soon in Waabs!

This wonderfully decorated tiny house has given me the chance to fully wind down, wake up to birdsong (and nothing else as it is at the end of a partly paved Country road) and to experience making my matcha in an outdoor kitchen - how fun is that?!? Also talking to these wonderful hosts opened my perspective on life once again in a very rich and warm manner. Birgitt´s tiny house is the absolute go-to place if you want nature, calm, outdoor experience yet love a cozy bed and a (high!) roof over your head in case of rain. Would do it again any time!
