We have nothing to complain about. The whole group was very happy at the cottage, we didn't miss anything.

Great place for family reunion, small party or friendly wellness gathering. Only thing we would appreciate would be new firm mattress.

We were extremely satisfied. Viktor is a very nice host, accommodating, helpful.. The holiday cottage he rents is very tasteful, comfortable and practically furnished (well-equipped kitchen). The surroundings of the cottage are very romantic, even nicer than in the photos. It attracts beautifully to lounging, idling, bathing in a barrel with warm water until night, going for a beer and a great dinner opposite to a small pub... but the landlord will also advise you on how to bike, where there is a pond for swimming... just such secrets of the region that you can't find on the map. We definitely want to come back here and thank you so much for a lovely long weekend.

A nice and very cozy cottage. There's everything for family relaxation: BBQ grill, bathing tub, children's toys, and board games. Nice walks nearby. Located right next to the castle. I recommend.

The host responded quickly to messages, greeted us when we arrived, and briefly showed where it was. Kada has already been heated up. The cottage did not lack board games for children and adults, toys from car to plush, slippers (these were needed, especially on the ground floor where the tiles are cool), 3 pieces of bathrobes, capsules for the coffee maker (15kč), full kitchen equipment. Plenty of storage. The land has uneven terrain, lots of stairs, not very suitable for the smallest children. Older kids loved the playhouse.

We stayed here during July with a 7-month-old baby to spend a few relaxing days here. The place met our expectations, if not exceeded! The interior was perfectly clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home there. We appreciate the possibility of borrowing a few things for a baby like a foam puzzle on the ground, a pool, a changing mat, a shedding, a crib, toys, etc. The garden was a very nice place to relax, and there was a flat sheet where you can play badminton, petangue, etc., and we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit or grill in the evening. The owners are very friendly people, the communication with them was perfect, they gave us a warm welcome on arrival, guided the property and explained the functioning of some of the appliances. Thank you so much for letting us spend some lovely summer days at your property! I'm sure we'd love to come back someday!

Amazing place to relax, beautiful nature for walking, great for trips around the neighborhood, e.g. beautiful Třebíč. The hosts, Martina and Pavel, are very friendly and attentive. Martina is a very creative artist and you can see her work in the adjacent gallery. And the bonus: to come after a day trip on a cold day to a heated cottage was just amazing. Thank you. The place was perfect for a group of people. A bit small so maybe don’t use the limit of 16 people. The area and activities were really cool and Milo’s was always there for information. Overall a nice place to stay would recommend :)

The place was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, perfect for a group of 8 people. The house is beautiful, new with excellent furnishings. Very good coffee machine, super Weber kettle grill, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could ask for. All rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable, and you could sleep excellently in the fresh country air. I highly recommend this place. Great for a group of friends who want to spend a weekend together. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place! Next to the forest and a river! Children have had a great time building a cabin in the woods , making a campfire and not forgetting the pool. Nice spacious pool which remained clean. Lots of space around the house for football, badminton and other games. The house was perfect for us, everything was present! Thank you Jan!

We booked this place just because it was exactly half way through our journey from Poland to Croatia. And we feel sad we didn’t have the time or power to explore this beautiful house and the nature around it. When we woke up with the singing of the birds and small river rushing right next to the chalet we were amazed. House is perfectly equipped for a big family stay, kids room, toys, smell of wood inside. Beautiful garden and area to play. Absolutely perfect. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions when we told him we will come late in the evening. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to get away from city rush and rest their minds and body. 10/10

Pleasant accommodation in a beautiful area. We stayed at Jiří's place during Easter in eight people with one infant. We enjoyed our stay very much including the outdoor grill and the opportunity to play with our baby on the well-maintained lawn. Due to the internal staircase without a handrail, I would not recommend for small children, otherwise a great destination.

All great, beautiful place and spacious cabin. We loved the garden and outdoor seating. The cabin is renovated, so it's nice there. Definitely recommend!

Our vacation at Petr's was beautiful and relaxing. The place offers everything you need for a family vacation or a trip with friends. You can take great excursions or simply enjoy the house and garden. The host is extremely friendly and explains everything clearly. The place was spotlessly clean, lovingly and practically furnished – we didn't miss anything. We 100% recommend it!

super great Famous 😁 upon arrival, Mr. Zdeněk greeted us and gave some tips for trips at the same time a few recommendations and we used everything to the point... the accommodation matched the photos and perfect for families with children... the living room is just perfect, and I have to mention the sandpit and swings on the property. just great!!! our little and we had a great time thanks to it! Eva is a great host, friendly, attentive and helpful. The accommodation we liked very well. This is an old house that has been lovingly prepared. At 35 degrees outside temperature, it was pleasantly cool inside. On the terrace with a large table, 4 chairs and an umbrella, we could end the evening with a glass of wine after a busy day of excursions. We really enjoyed the week. Thank you !
