Modern apartment in Žďár nad Sázavou (4–5 guests) with a family history. My grandparents built the house and lived here most of their lives. That's why, after the renovation, I kept some of the original furniture as a memento of my childhood. The house offers perfect comfort, absolute peace and quiet, and proximity to both picturesque natural surroundings and the city center. Ideal for families (crib, high chair), couples, and business trips. Enjoy the beauty of the Žďárské vrchy mountains or UNESCO World Heritage sites. The apartment is also suitable for cyclists and cross-country skiers.

Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Pod Lípou Log Cabin - Skryje

A Canadian cedar log cabin awaits you almost in the wilderness, in the quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka river under a 300-year-old linden tree. At the elevated level of the river, you come to the cabin over a bridge 300 m away, under normal conditions you will use a temporary bridge. Civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a short walk to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass shield overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat ride, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock watching the sunset. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

The unique Tiny house / caravan in a small village on the border of Toulovcovy Mastale offers quiet relaxation and at the same time a good starting point for hiking and cycling in the beautiful nature in the surrounding area. The tiny house has an equipped kitchen, bathroom and underfloor heating, thanks to which you can enjoy comfort even during the colder months. In our newly renovated cozy apartment, which is part of a large farm, you will feel like you are on holiday at your grandmother's. You will get to know living in a small quiet village surrounded by a large number of pets and beautiful nature. Due to its location, your accommodation will be a great starting point for trips to the beautiful border of the Highlands and South Bohemia near the fairy-tale town of Telč (UNESCO).

Chalet right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, relaxation on the pier, garden bowling, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for volleyball, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible.
