Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

The description of the apartment and the location is not only accurate, but still understated - I have never slept so well in an AirBnB! Mara, thank you for your warmth, the coffee, the wild asparagus and olive oil from your garden, the helpful tips for things to do and for your refreshing way! Best to you and your family!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

We spent two weeks there. The check-in went smoothly. We were even allowed to enter the house earlier. The place was super clean and very neatly furnished. By car, you can reach the shopping center in 10 minutes and 15 minutes from Porec. The table tennis table and the pool table are very well received by the children and of course also with us. The pool was checked and cleaned before and during our stay. We can recommend the house without hesitation and would also spend our vacation there again👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Highly recommended stay! We stayed there over New Years Eve and enjoyed it a lot. If you love cooking the kitchen is amazing! Furthermore sauna and whirlpool worked perfectly! Communication with the host is really easy. The house looks exactly like on the pictures.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Guests must register, pick up, and return the keys at an agency in the center of Parenzo. The staff is kind and helpful, and their service is quick. The apartment’s location is perfect (a 5-minute drive from some supermarkets and a 10-minute drive from the town center). Beaches are easily accessible as well. The Airbnb is located in a quiet area in the countryside. The accommodation is great and cozy. A covered car parking is available on the property. The showpiece is a private pool, easily accessible and spotless. The interiors and exteriors of the flat are more than adequate. Perfect for two up to four people. The hosts were polite and friendly. We would 100% recommend Casa Cosini.

Delightful Villa and refreshing pool in Istria

We had a very good time in Gorans house! We came with six people and a dog and we were especially thankful for the beautiful completely fenced garden with pool. Everything was as described online and even more. The equipment and utensils in the house extended our expectation (dishwasher tabs, detergent, salt, pepper, oil, soap, wood for the outdoor oven, utensils for baking pizza, etc.). The check in and out were super easy. Goran was always available and texted back immediately. The inside and the outside of the house were clean and everything felt very homey. Would absolutely come back. Thank you Goran! 😊
