Vacation rentals with a patio in Vrontados

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιγράφονταν και ακόμα καλύτερα. Ο κος Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός χωρίς να γίνεται κουραστικός. Πολλές μικρές λεπτομέρειας έκαναν την διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη όπως η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του χώρου και η συνεχής προμήθεια με καφέ τσάι και λοιπά. Ακόμα και φρούτα μας άφηνε στο δωμάτιο κάθε τόσο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα μιας και γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να νιώσεις άνετα και ευχάριστα που πλέον σπανίζει.

ev çok sakin bir mahalledeydi yakınında yürüme mesafesinde tekel mevcut, yürüyerek alaçatı merkeze gitmek uzun sürer ancak arabanız varsa ulaşım rahat, ev sahipleri çok tatlı ve ilgililerdi, hiç rahatsızlık hissetmedik, teşekkür ederiz.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

Our stay at Artemis was great! The hosts are kind and friendly, check in was easy. The location of the apartment is central yet in a quiet street. The apartment was spotless and newly refurbished - the space was perfect for a family of three + very kids friendly.

Had a lovely stay in Alaçatı! The place was super cozy and comfortable. The host was really nice and helpful — even recommended some great local restaurants to try, which we loved! Location-wise, it’s close to the main road so everything was easily walkable. Would definitely come back!

Ayşe Hanım gerçekten muhteşem bir ev sahibiydi. Kusursuz bir şekilde bize destek oldu. Daha önce böyle bir misafirperverlik yaşamamıştık. Konakladığımız tesiste hem çok güzel hemde sıcacıktı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik ve inanılmaz keyif aldık. Ayşe Hanım bize daha biz ihtiyacımızı hissetmeden destek oldu. Giriş yaptığımızda çok güzel ikramlar ile bizi karşıladı. Her şey için çok teşekkürler 🙏🙏

Sehr sympathischer Gastgeber und das Haus war atemberaubend Gerne wieder

Ми дуже вдячні пану Саїду за гостинність! Дім чудовий, точно як на фото, дуже чистий та затишний. Господарі подбали про все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Ми приїхали в день народження мого маленького сина і пан Саїд з дружиною нас зустріли з тортом та свічками для дитини, це було несподівано приємно, малий був в захваті! Якщо ви мрієте про тихий відпочинок в колі родини, подалі від галасу великого курортного міста, це саме те, що вам потрібно. До моря пішки йти близько 15 хвилин, узбережжя чудове, море у вересні дуже тепле. З впевненістю рекомендую це помешкання, як одне з найкращих, які я орендувала на airbnb за весь час! Дякуємо пану Саїду та його дружині за все! 😍

Όλα ήταν άψογα και σε κατάσταση καθαριότητας και σε θέση τοποθεσίας! Η υποδοχή ήταν πολύ καλή από την κ.Αγγελική η οποία με το ζεστό καλωσόρισμα της , μας έδωσε μερικές οδηγίες για τα μέρη που αξίζει να επισκεφθούμε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr hilfreich und die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Stelios çok ilgiliydi. Bize çok yardımcı oldu her konuda. Bizimle sürekli iletişim halindeydi. Esnek giriş çıkış saatleri konusunda da çok yardımcı oldu. Odamız çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Çok memnun kaldık çok teşekkür ederiz.
