Comfortable apartment with parking by the house and fast connection to the center of Brno. Ideal for couples and colleagues who prefer separate beds. Located in a quiet area. The beds with slatted frames are 2.2 m long and we will prepare a mattress for the third guest. The modern, air-conditioned kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking (coffee, tea, and spices). In the bathroom, there is a spacious shower area (shampoo and shower gel provided). Borrow books, magazines, crossword puzzles, and board games, including ones for children. We don’t have TV here... We will be happy to issue an invoice upon request.

Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place near the popular Vranov Dam on the edge of the Podyjí National Park.

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
