We had a wonderful time at the cottage! Everything was as described and even more beautiful. Lovingly furnished from front to back, everything has been thought of that makes the guest's heart beat faster. Communication with Petra was always extremely warm and attentive. We can highly recommend a stay with her!

We felt very comfortable and had great days in Neuhaus and the surrounding area! The cottage is small but nice. You have everything you need. It was preheated when we arrived and the check-in was very relaxed thanks to the door code. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable. It's a great way to escape the big city. Our dog was able to move freely on the fenced property. Highly recommended for those looking for absolute peace.

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. We were there for a weekend trip. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The garden also invites you to a nice time in the countryside. Communication went great. Claudia was accessible throughout and also got in touch in between. We will be happy to come back :)

Thank you for this great and relaxing vacation!!! The house is modernized and nicely decorated. There is nothing missing in the kitchen! The property is simply a dream and the bunnies were visited every day. 😉 It is also great that there are cow and horse pastures around the property. There is plenty to observe! Great location next to the park, city centre within a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. The tenth floor gave a nice view, but also some traffic noise (not too bad though).

Great family trip over Easter! We were absolutely satisfied with the apartment and would book it again at any time. We didn't miss anything, the communication was great, our dog felt very comfortable, the beach, as well as numerous shops, bakers, shopping are very close. Just great, that's how it should be! 🙂

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

We are not in this apartment for the first time and therefore keep coming back because we find the accommodation top for our needs, because the communication with Dan works best, because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment, because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least, because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent with dog, but we vacuum and wipe every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a great apartment and is a great landlord. 👍We will be happy to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August and early September for us. 👍❤️

Super great apartment, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is pikobello clean and equipped with everything. In particular, the excellently equipped kitchen was great for us. The sauna works great and is an absolute highlight - we were in on both evenings and felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dike to the Bodden behind it. Via the dike, you can reach the town of Zingst on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very cozy, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.

The accommodation was very good so far, only the heating was off at 10 pm. To get the apartment warm, you had to continue heating with a wood-burning stove. Despite letting the caretaker know several times, nothing has changed in the situation. Too bad actually, otherwise it would have been a perfect vacation.

Arrival . The access road from the 96 was the last horror. When you get to the island, please turn off the navigation system. It chases you everywhere, just not where you'd like to go. Buy a map of Rügen.. So now for the positive.. The apartment is great furnishing Good .. The area is easy to reach, of course, without a navigation system LOL. We were very satisfied with everything... if we were to choose the island again. The two have 2 more apartments (condominiums) to explore. Again and again. Aleksandra's place is ideal for a family or small group. We spent a few days there with my cousins and I would be very happy to stay there again. Although it is on a busy road there is no noticeable noise inside since the house is higher up and set back from the road.
