From the terrace you have a fantastic romantic view of a large walnut tree. The terrace has a modern gas grill and cozy lounge furniture for evenings together. From Garz you have good connections to the island capital Bergen and the seaside resorts. By car, for example, you can reach the capital Bergen within 20 minutes. Binz and other seaside resorts are within 30 minutes. Leave everyday life behind and enjoy the beautiful island of Rügen Additional information: For the final cleaning, a flat rate of 50.00 will be charged. Pets cost an extra €25 for the final cleaning. Charming farmhouse in Uckermark

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Ober- and Unteruckersee are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated and lovingly furnished in 2008-2013. In the large garden there are fruit trees and berry bushes. The swimming lake with sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. In 2021, we created a meadow with fruit trees on our adjacent hectare of land.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.
